Description of Work: Saturday (8/29/15). The experience did not start well and continued to deteriorate. | |The prime objective was to clear the south west garden of a very aggressive honeysuckle. I walked with both gentlemen and pointed out bushes that were to be saved, including an eight year old wigellia. We talked about this particular bush three times (pink flowers). | |I returned 20 minutes later to discover, not only the main vine removed, but also the large bush, pink flowers, and was told it was just a casualty of the process.... | |Next trip to check, found them clipping the weeds with hand clippers and a large brush trimmer. The final 'clearing' was with a weed eater. | |In addition, trimming the remaining bush was offered and I, foolishly, accepted. I was always taught that branches should be removed at a junction, not in mid branch, and that the trimming should enhance the bush, not make it lopsided. | |All in all, I would not recommend your service, based upon my experience, and have cautioned several neighbors who also had some projects they were wanting to schedule, to choose another service. |

Description of Work: It was easy to make the appt, they showed up on time, put in longer hours than agreed and didn't charge extra. They were great to work with and I will be hiring them again.

Description of Work: they worked on flowerbeds,clearing weeds and grass that had overgrown the area.Several plants were sacrificed in the process which was avoidable had the workers communicated with each other. they were willing workers .The owner is said to be a master gardener but has a lot to learn about flowering plants. he took seeds from here for hibiscus, hollyhocks and four o'clocks.

Description of Work: They mulched, trimmed my bushes, and cleaned up the yard.

Description of Work: They were to clean up front, side, & back yard. Due to limited time they were unable to do the back. That's ok. What I had a problem with was their lack of professionalism. I chose 3 dates out on May 28th but didn't hear anything from them until I called them on June 10th. Scheduled to come on July 2nd from 10-noon. Nobody called me to say they couldn't make it during those hours so I left @ 1PM for another appt. They came (they said) @ 1PM. I was shocked @ their lack of responsiveness since I used them 2 yrs. ago & they were fantastic. Finally I spoke with Sheri Anderson (nice) & scheduled for July 16th from 11-1. Again no call to remind me or let me know they were going to be late. They showed up @ 1:15PM. The front yard looked great! I had hoped everything was going to be okay. Tim didn't walk around with me when they finished. As I noticed the back hadn't been done I asked him how much would it be to finish @ another time. He didn't answer & walked away & left. I was really upset @ this point with the whole experience. I had planned to have my yard looking good for July 4th & that's why I called & scheduled on May 28th. I'm very, very disappointed with their lack of communication & professionalism this time. I've told many people over the last 2 yrs. about how great they were when they did my yard in 2013. Not anymore!!! No call back to see if I was happy or not. I can't believe how they treated me this time. Especially since I'm retired & disabled & can't physically pull weeds & flowers,etc. anymore.
