The scheduling was a little tricky due to Christmas Holidays, once we sorted out the dates, there was no further problems in getting the service. Very punctual and provided excellent service. Cleaned up very well after they are done. Provided good advice on how to maintain the fireplace and upon request from me, provided information of firewood dealer. All in all, excellent service.

I am very pleased with results and would use C&A again.

Initially I had a little trouble getting it scheduled and he was late getting here, but once he got here he did a great job. He actually did a very good job but they were here until late. They were trying to be accommodating. They did call back and they did schedule. I trusted him when he came in and he did a good job.

They arrived when they said they would, set up protection for our flooring, and cleaned the chimney/fireplace quickly and efficiently. I was then given a quick run down on the condition of our fireplace and what I should do for further maintenance to increase the longevity. It was amazing to see how clean the fireplace glass was! They were very friendly and a pleasure to work with! I would definitely recommend them.

Tim and his worker came to our home to inspect and clean our chimney. We have gas logs and were thinking about converting to wood burning. Tim was very professional and courteous. His worker was very careful and did a great job in cleaning the fireplace. Tim also did a follow up call on the conversion to see if I had any additional questions. I appreciate that he thought enough of me as a customer to follow up.

Tim and an assistant arrived at the agreed-upon time. They took care to put down protection for the floors and rugs. The chimney was cleaned thoroughly and Tim took time to answer my many questions - didn't try to upsell me at all. They took about 45 minutes today. I'll use their services again.

Responsive to inquiries and scheduling. They were scheduled about a month out, probably because of the Big Deal they were running, but it wasn't a problem for us to wait. The technician who did the cleaning and inspection did a thorough job and answered our questions. Overall great experience!

Very professional team -- it was a pleasure working with this vendor. They kept to their schedule and did an excellent job on my backyard. They also cleaned up after themselves and left my backyard looking great. I would recommend them and will definitely use them again in the future.

Wasn't that happy with the length of time it took to get service after paying for it in advance (over 1 month), but was pleased with the service and level of professionalism. they do some additional work, but I would be very specific about what you need. I asked for two chimney caps to be placed and was told after they arrived that my chimney's were too high. Well, I could have likely had that completed a month or more prior while waiting for the service and probably would have picked a vendor who could do everything at once. Still have to find someone else, but the chimney sweep was just fine. I would use them again, but probably not the pre-pay option given all the challenges and wait that occurred.

The job took about 45 minutes from start to finish. They made sure nothing in our home was dirtied in the process and I would definitely use them again.

Very nice workers; wasn't at all uncomfortable allowing them in my home. They placed heavy tarps on the floor from the door to my fireplace as the entered and brought in the equipment. Very polite workers and have no complaints of their service.

They were fine. They were nice. I couldn't really tell how good of a job they did. The chimney wasn't that dirty on the inside anyway. I have no idea how to determine whether they did a good or bad job. There was an upcharge, which I didn't really understand. What they were saying was, if there's a metal lining, there's no extra charge. But, if there's no metal lining on the chimney, they charge extra. It was $35 extra. They called and said that they were running late and it was the end of the day before they finally got there.

The provider was in contact with me to let me know the status of his team's arrival throughout the day. They were friendly, courteous, and professional. They ensured that my floor did not get dirty during the sweep by placing sheets throughout the house, and did a quick yet comprehensive job! We have already recommended this service to friends/family.

They were okay. I'd probably say a B service. They came out within two weeks of the purchase. I'd hired them to clean planting beds out and they just surfaced cleaned and didn't do such a thorough job. They were timely and here when they were suppose to be. They were friendly nice people they just didn't do a thorough job.

It was fine. They came and swept the chimney about two weeks ago. No additional fees. In looking back the work they did was sub par and it was probably a question of value.

They were very professional and friendly. Very careful to cover all floor surfaces with drop cloths. Cleaned up completely when they were done. Very fair pricing.
