Company rep. called ahead of scheduled appointment to inform me that the Tech was on his way. I had been given a window of 10:00 am to 12:00pm. The tech was actually about 10 minutes ahead of time, The Tech, Dean, was very polite and professional and did the necessary work in less than 30 minutes. Very impressive. I wasn't home when he fixed it but they were on time and had fixed our A/C before and did a great job for that as well.

This is an amazing heating and air conditioning company. It is family owned and run and the current owner Gabe could not be more accomodating. Not only do the do quality work but they are very customer focused. I had to get someone out to help in freezing temperatures because my furnaces quit working. They came out on New Year's day and cheerfully found the problem -- no gas due to a regulartor problem While the technician was here they noticed a part going bad and had that repalced in two days. Over the years I have worked with several repair companies and I can honesty say this is the best. They go out of their way to make sure the customer is happy and their prices are fair. I started using this company because they are an apporved vendor for American Home Shield (AHS) and after I met the technicians and spoke with Gabe I immediately signed up for their semi-annual service plan. If you use Butler MK you will not be disappointed. I can't image a better company in the Indianapolis area.

Our old air conditioner had not been working reliably and broke down entirely sometime around August 9th. Fortunately, we had made it through the worst heat of the summer. Butler M-K came out on Monday, August 13th and determined that the compressor had gone bad and, given the age of the unit (over 19 years old), they recommended a new air conditioner be installed. The installation took place the next day, August 14th. Everything was done efficiently and professionally and we appreciated how responsive Butler M-K was.

I had a house that needed a new furnace and a/c unit installed. I called 3 companies, and Butler MK was by far the most impressive. Their price was lower, but more importantly, the service and friendliness I received, sealed the deal. Would definitely recommend to anyone needing HVAC work done.

They are a great company. They are excellent. It is a family owned business and responsive and whenever I have a problem and I have had several they are out on the same day even in the most severe weather when there is a lot of calls and I feel like I'm treated like a very special customer and they have done an amazing job at getting my problem solved and fixed. They also do my annual, semi-annual services of heating and air and I have three furnaces and three air conditioners so it's a very large housing job but yeah they have been great. The owner is just a great customer service guy in terms of contacting you and letting you know what they are doing.

We liked that they were punctual and professional, but we had to call them back to do something a second time because they did not do it right the first time.

The Butler people arrived in two teams @ 9:00 AM. They went about their jobs in a professional and timely manner. They did not break for lunch and were done by 3:00 pm. Their workmanship was excellent and I enjoyed pleasant conversations with all of them. They did an excellent clean up job and left the work room in a better condition than that with which they started.

They have come out a couple of times and they are really good. They are always prompt and fair. Their service is exceptional, they are good at explaining what is wrong, and they take care of the problem as quickly as possible.

I have been happy with them. We have had ups and downs with air conditioning people. I would say these are relatively new units and a well known brand. Years ago they have installed some hating appliance in my garage. I am happy with them so far. They were here for few hours and were working in the crawl space. I am happy that they got the heat back on. I thought the price they charged was a little high.

Everything went well. They were out in a timely manner, the job was completed proficiently and they were able to restore heat in a short period of time.

No one in town was able to get the Lennox motor not even Lennox which is headquartered in Indianapolis. I've used Butler Mand K approximately 4 times over the last 2-3years and they've always done a great job.

Dave came the day after I called to look at my boiler and get information to prepare an estimate for a new boiler. It took about five days to get an estimate, and then another two weeks for the boiler to come in. Installation took two days. Butler M-K did a good job installing the new boiler and carried out and disposed of the old boiler. When we had a small little glitch in the automatic water feed the morning after the install, Dave came out (on a Saturday afternoon) to address the issue. They came out again a week later and spent several hours installing a new water sensor, and didn't charge any additional fee for the extra visits. All in all, we're very satisfied with the job they did for us. Their price was very reasonable compared to some of the other estimates we got.

I called at 9pm on Thursday when my house wasn't cooling. I got their answering service which I expected. I told them it wasn't an emergency and could I get a call back in the morning. They took my information and told me I would receive a call back. To my surprise I received a call at 7:55am (with most companies I would of had to call them back). I was told they would send someone out, by 9am the technician arrived and had the problem resolved in no time. I would use them 100 times over with service like this.

This is a great company -- family owned and run. That is obvious from the personal attention they give to every customer. They are professional, on time, reasonable and excellent to deal with. I would highly recommend using them to anyone for general heating and cooling service. My home oweners insurance company uses them and they made an excellent choice with this company.

It seems like everyone has heard of them, they have been around for a long time. They come and do what they were hired to do. They are polite, nice and responsive and come out very quickly. Once I had pneumonia and they came out right away to fix our furnace and just left the bill for me, which was really great of them. Their prices are reasonable, too. If you call and set up your appointments ahead of time they will provide the service for a cheaper price.

They are a great service. They are very professional. I will continue to use them in the future.

They were very responisve. He honored the warranty, and the price was lower than estimated. I had a 10 year warranty and the warranty would have been up next month.
