Description of Work: Our 14 year old heat pump finally gave out. We had multiple quotes to replace our heat pump. Butler M-K gave us the best advice and best price. They did exactly as they said they would do. We actually received conflicting recommendations on replacement specifications, at the end of the day, we trusted Butler M-K to recommend the correct unit and they did. 3 months later we could not be happier with the efficiency our our unit.

Description of Work: Put a new "something" on furance. It was great to have heat again. Serviceman was very professional and did a great job.

Description of Work: Our furnace went out early morning, and it was extremely cold that day. We have a home warranty so we had to call them first. Apparently, they contract with Butler who responded very quickly. The technician determined that our blower motor was not working and we needed a new one. He had to check first to see if one was available for our type gas furnace without having to order one and it was. He said he would be back mid-afternoon to install it. He didn't come then, and we didn't hear anything so I called the company close to 5:00. They said the technician was still scheduled to return. Around 5:30 to 6 he came and did the installation, and once again we had heat. In all fairness, I know the company was very busy that day with emergency calls.

Description of Work: For 29 years I used this company. Until 3 years ago, I was more than satisfied with their work. Each year I and my mother paid them to clean and tune up the furnaces and air conditioners. They vacuumed the furnaces, blew high pressure air thru the burners, used the hose on the permenant filters, and checked the furnace and the flue on the roof.., they opened and checked the coils on bottom of the air conditioner inside, cleaned them if mold or rust had accumulated, hosed off the exterior unit. The last 2 years they dusted the inside of the furnace with a rag, didn't clean or change the filter, didn't even look at the air conditioner coils inside or hose down the outside unit. They checked her equipment visually in the basement, but refused to go into my 40" high crawl space. My mother and I have moved on.
