I did not like them at all. I don’t like the way they run and return calls. Even if the price of the items is down and it’s there on the receipt, you don’t get that. A lot of stuffs, they don’t even let you return after ninety days. It’s terrible. Their price is reasonable but their return policy is not good. I would not use them in the future.

The representative in the Baby Depot, Joe, was extremely helpful and patient with us. He took his time to have us inspect the furniture to make sure that it was to our satisfaction before we purchased it. He also held what we couldn't fit in our truck to be picked up the next day. We were extremely impressed with the level of customer service Joe provided. He was more concerned about our happiness than his sale. You don't see much of that in retail anymore. We may just purchase the rest of our larger items there as well, when Joe is working, of course.
