Let me tell you about the Bestest exterminating team around anywhere. They truly care about your pest problems. And there technical team are amazing. I've had Arsenol twice now. He let's you know when he's headed your way&he truly gets right to it. If I do see a bug it's dead or staggering across the floor only to die. I was so ashamed and embarrassed,We got them when a house next door got gutted.It was horrible,but Arsenol made me comfortable and reassured me that he would take care of them. Before he left he told me what I needed to do to be ready for the next treatment. And he told me what I was going to see after he left. When he came back today. He said well how we been doing with them. And I showed him. He treated my whole house and he did it right. Bulwart cares about this. I was late on my payment and they still came there so honest. I had a horrible experience with a customer service lady on the phone. She was rude and tried to nickel and dime me. I tried explaining to her that I signed a year contract, and she didn't care. I was so p***** off, I told her after the yard spray I'm going to cancel the contract. Again, she didn't care and said ok. The ONLY reason my wife and I decided to continue with the service is because of Justin Sanders. He should be the face of your organization. He is what customer service should look like.
