Building Service Partners

I work for a church and it's my responsibilities to take care. They were recommended to me by another church. They came here and did an excellent job. They manufactured the best job we've ever done when we've had water damage. Usually we are in the basement and we have a drainage issue. When a big storm comes through like that we end up getting water and anybody who's cleaned it up before, there will still be a nasty smell. This time there wasn't because he brought in the protego and we were talking about it. We told them well done, nobody ever did that before. He bought in a digging machines and everything. They are really good. I do not know which country he was from and he had a bit of an accent so it was kind of hard to understand him. He's very willing to please. We were going to a different suppliers and he recommended a company and gave us the price list of the company. We compared the prices from the current company we were using, there was like a 27 percent difference. We talked about it last night because it kind of scared me. I asked him if was going to get an inferior product with such a big price difference. He said that I wouldn't. I'm really pleased with him. He comes in, he does it and it's clean. I don't have to stand behind him. If I have a question I can ask him about it and he explains what's going on. They are very pleasant and they do what needs to be done. I don't have to stand over and trust me it's a big plus for me. If you want the job done right and if you want the place to sparkle and shine just then call them. They also do our floors and he's done wonders with our floors.
