The men arrived at the scheduled time and went to work immediately. They shoveled and dug the bricks and cement blocks in the midst of the 100 degree weather. The couch needed to be broken apart before it could be moved up the stairs. The entire job took less than an hour. We were amazed at the price because it was lower than the phone estimate. We will definitely recommend Budget Hauling to our friends.

Job went very well and he went out of his way to complete the job in a short period of time.

Mark returned our call quickly, came out within a few days as scheduled, worked hard, was polite, and did a good job.

I looked them up in the listing , reviewed the reports, after seeing the write up in Angies article in the Star. I called spoke with Mike , set a date and time for his service. Due to the weather, extreme heat, I called the date of the service to give him the option of rescheduling on a cooler day. He reconfirmed that he would be there at the scheduled time. He called 30 min. prior and stated he was on his way. He arrived at the appointed time set to work and completed same both quickly an efficiently. He cleaned up after himself, thanked me for thinking of him and moved on to his next appointment. It' s unusual in this day and age to find some one, who is on time, does what they said they would do and for the price stated. Good Job Mike......

Mark is very conscientious, on time, and moves items at a very reasonable price. He told me the charge would have been less but the item was in my basement which is harder for him. I had him move a very large, heavy TV to disposal before, and it went very well. He has all the equipment needed and a special lift truck.

Budget Hauling came the same day I called and hauled away my stuff. It was a bit pricey, but in fairness my order was pretty small and so it was done at their minimum project charge which I thought was fair. Mark was friendly and professional.

I had put a lot of stuff in my garage and he cleaned it out. He also moved away a refrigerator and had a pretty good truck load. The name of the owner is Owens. I've used him for years for rental properties. I just don't use him a lot. I use him once in a while when I have a lot of stuff that needs to be hauled off. He is the only person I think of when I need something hauled off. He does a good job. What I like about him is that he does exactly what he says. If he says that he would be here between 2:00 and 3:00 he would show up at 2:30 every time. If he says that he would call back in an hour he would do just that. He is upfront about everything and does everything he says he's going to do.

No complaints whatsoever! On time, polite, reasonable rates, quick loading.

We bought new living room furniture, and they were able to deliver it sooner than we expected. I called Mr. Owens on Mon. afternoon to find out if he could come out that evening or the next morning to remove our old furniture. He gave me three different prices, depending on whether one or two people were needed for the job. I believe it was &125.00 if he and his helper carried the furniture out of the house, $85 if my husband helped him (so he wouldn't need to bring anyone else), and $75 if we took the furnitue outside ourselves. He had a time open that evening that didn't work out for us, so we agreed he would come in the morning. We agreed on $85, as my husband was going to help him carry it out of the house. My husband and son ended up taking the couches outside before he arrived, promptly at 9:00. He only charged us $75. And our new furniture arrived at 9:40. We were very pleased with Mr.Owens, and would call him again if needed.

I called Mark to set up an appointment. He gave me three quotes over the phone, based on 1 pick up load, 1 oversized load, or two loads. I had a change of schedule and called him to re-schedule. Budget Hauling had done this for us before and he is always friendly, professional and punctual. I am sure we will use them in the future. We were pleasantly surprised with the cost. As we looked at the pile of lumber, we estimated an oversized load but he got in all in one regular pick up load with some attention to how they loaded.

I called Angie's List to ask if they knew anything about Bubget hauling. They said it had an A rating. I called Budget hauling late in the afternoon on July the 25th. He returned my call within minutes. He wanted to come right away because he was close. He said he would be at my house in about 5 minutes. He gave me a senior discount. I was pleased with this service.

Showed up on time, did the work promptly, and charged the agreed price.

Mark is great! He was at my house by 4pm and had everything loaded in under 30 minutes. He even carried the picnic table from the back yard for me. Mark is extremely polite and courteous, very tidy and highly conscientious of providing excellent customer service. I would not hesitate to hire Budget Hauling again and have recommended their services to my neighbors.

This is the second time we've used Budget Hauling. They (Mark Owens came the second time; his business partner Keith Montgomery came the first time) are responsive in scheduling a visit, professional and reasonable in price. Will definitely call again.

I'M GOING TO USE THEM AGAIN TO TRIM UP A LARGE, OVERGROWN TREE/BUSH. THEY WILL THEN HAUL AWAY THE DEBRIS. OF ALL THE VENDORS THAT I HAVE DEALT WITH, THEY WERE A GOD SEND. THEY CAME OUT THE SAME DAY. THEY WERE NICE, EASY TO WORK WITH AND FLEXIBLE. THEY REALLY DID SUCH A NICE JOB. IT WAS JUST AN OVERALL PLEASANT EXPERIENCE. THIS GUY IS JUST EXCELLENT. UNBELIEVABLE SERVICE. THEY WERE EVEN HAULING STUFF IN THE RAIN. VERY POLITE. GOOD WORK ETHIC. HE PACKS A TRUCK LIKE MARTHA STEWART PACKS A SUITCASE. VERY IMPRESSIVE.

MY EXPERIENCE WAS GREAT. I WASN'T EXPECTING SAME DAY SERVICE WHEN I CALLED, BUT THAT'S WHAT I GOT. MR. OWENS WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL. I WILL DEFINITELY CALL THIS PROVIDER AGAIN FOR FUTURE NEEDS.

MARK CAME OUT THE DAY AFTER I CALLED AND HAULED THE WASTE AWAY. THEY WERE COMPETITIVELY PRICED AND EASY TO WORK WITH.

THEY WERE ON TIME AND VERY POLITE. THEY WORKED QUICKLY. I WAS VERY PLEASE AND WILL USE THEM AGAIN.

CALLED MARK LATE ON A TUESDAY AFTERNOON AND HE CAME AT 8 AM THE NEXT MORNING TO GET THE STUFF TO HAUL AWAY. VERY COURTEOUS. HE WILL RECEIVE MY NEXT CALL FOR SIMILAR TYPE OF WORK.

VERY GOOD SERVICE, EFFICIENT, CLEAN AND PROFESSIONAL. SMALLER COMPANY, AND WAS VERY CONCERNED THAT HE UNDERSTOOD THE SCOPE OF THE WORK, SO AS NOT TO TAKE ON MORE THAN THEY COULD HANDLE, WHICH WE APPRECIATE.
