Budget Blinds - Indianapolis

We hired him to put some plantation blinds in our entry way around the door and in our sunroom. He came on January 6th and measured everything and said it would takea few weeks to get the blinds in. We gave him a deposit of $350 and that left the $571 balance. He ordered everything and he came back and says that he needs to measures the window by the front door again. He comes back again a third time and measures a third time. By this time he had asked for the remained balance on Feb 7th. When he came in with the product to install the he said the company sent him the wrong sizes. At this time my wife and I said we would like to go with a different company. He said that was fine and it would take 2 weeks for refund. After we didn’t receive the money back my wife called and they said it would be another 10 days. We called them back again after that time period and he said that they don’t normally give refunds but for me, he said he would and he said he would mail it that day. Waited until Monday and no check. I called him back on Tuesday and asked where it was. He said they he said he sent it. At that point I was in contact with the corporate office. On Wednesday I did receive a check for $500. I do not think I will get the remaining $421.
