Buckeye Power Sales was prompt & helpful in determining the appropriate system for our needs. They provided the name & contact information for an experienced installer to make the system operational. They delivered the generator & transfer switch when the installer arrived to perform the installation.
Description of Work: Purchase of a Residential Generator (Kohler 12RES) powered by natural gas to have a backup system for essential electrical power during frequent (at least twice a year)& prolonged (several hours to 3 days) power outages in our area. Repeated requests to Indianapolis Power & Light to trim the tree canopy leading into our neighborhood (where all utilities are underground) have been ignored. After multiple occasions over 20 years of no running water, flush toilets (on a well), spoiled food and no lights or security system, it was necessary to purchase this product to have a backup for unreliable electrical utility service. I had to leave the service category blank since none of the listed options were appropriate. I suggest that Angies List establish a category for emergency generators.
