Brown's Flooring

I received a quote from another highly rated floor contractor. Since Brown's was also highly rated on Angie's List, I went to Brown's to be certain I was getting the best deal. I found a pattern of flooring that I liked better and the price was $1,500 less for similar quality! When the laminate was installed in my kitchen 9 years ago, there was not a wood "look-alike" vinyl. Now there is a vinyl that is much more water resistant than laminate. A much more sensible choice for the kitchen. I like the vinyl pattern better than the laminate also. Owners Bob and Shannon were very easy to work with. Ken is an excellent installer. He worked steadily but took his time to do a good job. I had an issue that they needed to come back and adjust. They came back promptly.

All went well, quotes were reasonable, and work done on time except for floor refinishing which was delayed a little by winter storm. Very reasonable for re-stretching the carpet which other companies quoted way too much for or just did not want to bother with it. The wood floor refinishing was sub-contracted but that went well too. Would use the company again and recommend them to anyone.

Hands down Bob was the best person we dealt with at the business. He came out to our house and took measurements. My husband discussed colors and then a selection was made. Kenny was the installer who was great, showed up on time and finished the project in the 3 days-on time. Kenny loved the dogs too! We would use both of them again.

Brown's Flooring did a excellent job!! Everything looks great! We are totally satisfied with everything they did from start to finish. From sales to installation everything went perfect!! If you need flooring, and want it done right give them a chance. They do excellent work!!

I had a wonderful experience with Brown's Flooring. Everyone I worked with when selecting the flooring, to having my space measured, to having the flooring installed was friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. I love my new flooring, and will use Brown's Flooring again in the future!

Everything with this job turned out well. They have a big showroom where they have a lot of selections there. We knew what we were looking for and we had a sales associate assist. One of the managers came out and measured for the carpet and padding. The installation went well. The two men who installed it were well qualified and nice to work with. We have not had any issues since. They did a nice job with the removal of the old carpet and padding as well. They took away the old carpet as well.

Brown's Flooring provided excellent service from the beginning to the completion of the project. The work took 3 1/2 days to complete. Brown's Flooring was punctual and organized each day, and did an excellent job communicating to my parents job changes/schedule changes. They were also very neat and detailed oriented. My parents did not have to do any touch-ups after the work was done. I was impressed with the fantastic work done by Brown's that I am looking forward to using them when I am ready to replace my flooring! My parents would recommend Brown's Flooring to everyone for new flooring.

They are a husband and wife team. Before I committed to using them the wife spent about 40 minutes with me in the store and was very patient with me and my questions on color schemes. She kept going over things with me and was very nice about it so I decided to go with them.

Took longer than expected but the quality was great.

We made four visits to the Brown showroom and finally selected new laminate flooring. They have every possible selection. Mr. Workman came to our condo to do an estimate and we had unfortunately selected a high end material. It was more than we wanted to pay, so we made another selection. They ordered the material and scheduled the installation: the whole process took about two weeks. Their installer brought out the flooring and did very professional work on the installation. We have worked with Brown's on other projects and have always found them to be completely satisfactory.

We have purchased carpet and then flooring for our bathroom. I absolutely love they guy who came out and did our bathroom! The two guys who came to install our carpet were excellent also. Their prices were very reasonable and they do great work. They were very respectful of our home while here. In the kitchen there were some specific things that I wanted done (tear off, etc.) but they didn't actually need done. The guy who worked on that floor is so knowledgeable and is a true craftsman.

They were very professional in the store and at my home. I felt like I got good customer service and a reasonable price. The product was ordered and delivered in a very timely manner. The installation was done very well.

They were excellent and on time. The owner came out and did a quote that day and workers came out next day. It took 2 days to complete which is how long they said it would take. Overall a great experience.

The entire process went very well. I called Brown's because of their rating in Angie's List and was not disappointed.

They were good. They put in new tile in the bathroom. They also replaced my old toilets with new toilets

From the moment we walked into the shop we felt very comfortable. Selection of product was excellent and we received great guidance on things to consider. Scheduling was no problem and installation was equally smooth and trouble free - exactly what we wanted. Everything went so well that there is not much else to say. We will use Brown's again when we replace more of our flooring.

It was as smooth as silk. The guys were right on time and very up front about everything. They did a great job with the installation!

They had to take out my carpeting and then install the laminate. The men were very good at their job. They were careful,courteus, and very professional. The carpeting was removed and by noon they were putting down the flooring. The job took three days and the end result was amazing. It turned out to be even more beautiful than I thought. I am very satisfied with this job and would definitely recommend them to my friends.

The quality of the work is great. They prices are great. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Janice was wonderfully patient with us in their well stocked showroom, and most helpful to us in the selection process. Bob measured at our home and was very complete in answering questions. Charles did a very professional job installing the carpets in two bedrooms and satisfied all our requested needs. There was a small problem with a door hardware we noticed later, but Charles showed up quickly to take care of it fully. Wonderful company, products, and people. Carpets look great!

Husband called Brown's, set up a time to take in carpeting, and they called in about a week to say it was done and ready to be picked up. Simple.

This is the fourth time we have used Brown's Flooring in our home (2 vinyl floors and 2 carpet installations.) We continue to be pleased with their expertise, professionalism, and courtesy. The installer, Ken, is superb. He is a perfectionist, detail oriented, friendly, and I trust him to do a perfect job. I will continue to use Brown's Flooring for our flooring needs. We have been very satisfied.

I think this company is awesome. This is the third time I've had them back in to replace carpeting. Previously they did my basement and stairs, as well as the second floor landing area. Bob Workman measured my rooms. Janice showed me a variety of carpet styles. She pointed out what she had on sale. And, Janice scheduled the same installer I had been very satisfied with twice before. I highly recommend this company!

I would give them A's all the way across the board. The service and the craftsmanship were excellent and I would use them again in the future.

In the store, Janice was very helpful and patient with us, as we spent over an hour trying to determine what we liked best. She let us take samples home to see how they looked. We eventually settled on Quickset Rustique laminate flooring. The owner, Bob Workman, visited our home to measure and offer more great advice. The installer, Ken, did a fantastic job. He paid great attention to detail, and showed great craftsmanship in completing the work. We will definitely call Brown's Flooring again for our next flooring job.
