Description of Work: Replaced carpet in master bedroom, walk-in closet, 2d bedroom and bonus room over garage with Quick-step brand laminate. Replaced carpet on stairs with carpet. Moved and replaced furniture and hauled away all carpet, pad and debris.

Description of Work: I got new kitchen flooring and new carpet for living room, hallway, and bathroom. They were very helpful with selection of flooring and carpet, installed it in a timely and professional manner.

Description of Work: They did a visual inspection and were then able to refer me to someone who could really take care of the problem we have with inferior materials. Will use Brown to install new flooring when the time comes.

Description of Work: This is a family owned business. They are both friendly and professional. Phone calls are returned promptly and the owner himself came out to the house. He even suggested a carpet less expense than the one we picked out and said it would be just as good and wear just as well so we went with it. My wife is very pleased with everything. I was in customer service for 43 years prior to retirement and I know what first class service looks like when I see it, and this is it.

Description of Work: Brown's Flooring installed 824 square feet of hardwood flooring after removing existing carpet and ceramic tile. This was a huge project which included a great room, dining room, breakfast room, kitchen, and two entry way areas. It was completed in one work week. We are please with the product and installation. We weren't sure about removing the ceramic tile from the kitchen, breakfast room, and back entry. Bob Workman of Brown's Flooring, guided us through this decision making process. Bob based his recommendations on what we told him our end goal was in replacing carpeting and tile with hardwoods. We are glad we included those areas. The installation crew was punctual, professional, and courteous. They were patient and helpful in discussing with us details of the installation. When there was a decision to be made about a specific installation, they explained the options thoroughly so we could make an informed decision.

Description of Work: I had carpet placed in the upstairs approximately 96 square yards. I got a measurement right away for free. I received great advice on a carpet. I have cats and one is sick. He has accidents and I needed a carpet to handle those accidents. I had to have the carpet installed at two different times. The first was done in December and the remaining carpet this April. I had some water leaking problems and had to get that fixed first. Brown's was great to work with and flexible about my needs. The installer did good work and showed up on time. It cost more than I would have liked but then I got great service and carpet.

Description of Work: We bought Hardwood flooring (honey color) for our entryway, kitchen hallway and 1/2 bath. Brown's took up the old parquet flooring and sub-flooring that was glued down by the builder. This was an unexpected task that took 2 days to chisel away by hand and then grind down for the new floor. The job went as expected once the glue down sub-floow was revealed....what a mess!!! The install crew made it as easy as possible and cleaned up each evening before leaving. The floors are wonderful and we love the result.

Description of Work: I had a 255 sq. ft. bedroom carpeted with Simonton Beach and included in the cost was a 21 lb. pad with a 15 yr. warranty that came standard! When I ordered my carpet, I didn't realize that it was going to take a couple of weeks, so I asked Janice if there was a cancellation to bump us up since I had company coming the planned day of installation. Eight days ahead of schedule I get a phone call from Bob (the owner) that their installers could come that morning. It only took Tom and Keith 2 hours to do a meticulous job. Keith saw that our previous installation had put holes in the concrete floor so he took the time to drill first. They were very nice workers and I was completely at ease with them in my home. I recommend Brown's Flooring because of their workmanship and the quality of nice foam pad that I didn't see offered at other places.
