Description of Work: From the minute that we walked into the showroom to the end of the installment, we were very pleased with this company. Justin patiently helped with narrowing down our preferences. We were VERY pleased that, when we mentioned having cats, he politely mentioned that some types of carpet could be harmed by claws. The installers were very polite,efficient and professional. We also appreciated the recommendation of a carpet cleaning company to maintain the warranty.

Description of Work: We visited the store to look at and order carpet. We had used Brown's Flooring in 2005 to re-carpet and put down new flooring in 60% of our house and we were satisfied. The in-store visit was great: lots of help and they worked within our budget. We scheduled a date for the installation before leaving the store. I took off work for the installation day but no one showed up. I called the store to verify that I had the correct date. They said we weren't on the schedule for that day. They did research it and found that they had indeed scheduled us for that day, but it hadn't gotten put on the installer schedule. I was quite upset because taking a day off work for me is like moving a mountain. They apologized and we rescheduled for a Saturday installation so I wouldn't have to take another day off work. The installer came as scheduled. Old carpet & padding removed; new padding and carpet installed. Very happy with installation and service. However, I would call a few days ahead of time next time to make sure I don't waste a whole day off work! As far as price, I feel we could have gotten it done for less somewhere else but we had used them in the past and were very happy with them.

Description of Work: Brown's Flooring installed "floating" laminate in my kitchen and entry/hall. They repaired a crack and uneven area in the concrete of the entry prior to installation. The installer was very attentive to detail and the job was well done. My experience with this service provider was very positive and I would recommend Brown's Flooring to others.

Description of Work: They installed some carpeting for us. They will be coming back this week to tear up some other flooring and install vinyl flooring. So far, everything has gone very smooth. They moved furniture and they were very careful. The two people that came out were very efficient and quicker than I was expecting. They cleaned up very well and the cost was reasonable.

Description of Work: Installed carpet in bedroom, hall, living room and dining room. Pulled up old carpet and disposed of same. Moved furniture. They arranged the carpet pull up one morning so my handyman could secure creaky floors and then installed the carpet next day. All went as they said it would. All folks were pleasant, knowledgable and helpful. I was impressed and would recommend to others.

Description of Work: Brown's Flooring did an excellent job installing hardwood floors & carpeting. Only complaint was when the owner Bob called & scheduled the appointment for Monday thru Wednesday for the hardwood floors, & I confirmed these dates, no one showed up on Monday. When I called, I was told I was scheduled for Wednesday - Friday. That was a little irritating since I work two day a week, I planned to be home Mon-Wed & workThurs-Friday. Then carpeting was scheduled for following Monday, the crew was sick. Bob did work with me & he got another crew to come after they finished another job. They did one bedroom on Mon, then came back on Tues for the other bedroom. The floors look great, very happy with the results
