Brown's Flooring

Excellent service. Sales representative, Irene, and installer, Kenny, were wonderful. Irene, was very helpful when I was concerned that installation might be a problem due to our uneven floor. Floor was installed to perfection!

They pulled out 3 layers of flooring and sub floor which the price includes. They were punctual, and the work was done in a timely manner. They told me it would be completed in 3 days, and it was done in 3 days. They were very, very clean, except for the dust that you cannot help. They made paths for me to get to my refrigerator. Before they left, the workman bought pads for my chairs and put them on the chairs.

We were so pleased with this company. Donna was helpful in making our choice. We had heard wonderful things on their installer, Ken. He did the install, and it looks great! He also was a big help in doing a cabinet repair so that the refrigerator would go back in place after the new floor was installed. We will use this company again.

The sales person was very knowledgeable, helpful and honest and the estimate was very reasonable. Two men came out to do the installation and did a good job on the installation and cleanup. The factory mis-cut the vinyl causing a delay, but Brown's made arrangements to get another piece to do as much work as they could, which was a big help. They had to schedule another appointment. To finish the work when the replacement vinyl came in. All in all, they did a very good job. I am very happy with their product and work. I would use them again.

Representative was very helpful and friendly. They were unable to perform the work within my time requirements, so I chose to proceed with another company.

This was probably the best service we ever had from the very beginning to the completion of the installation. Sales person Irene was very nice, knowledgeable, and patient. We followed her suggestions and glad we did. Bob Workman, the owner, was very helpful and responsive. Both carpet and wood floors were installed on schedule and without any problems. George, hardwood floor installer, was extremely professional and went above and beyond his duties. For instance, he hided TV cable inside the shoe mold, made it look very nice, put protective cushions (provided by us) on all heavy furniture, etc. Again, overall, great experience!

My experience with Brown's was the best I've ever had for home improvement! Only 2 weeks elapsed from the day I entered the store & Irene helped me choose samples, coming to my house that same day to measure, to the day Ken finished the installations and every step was perfect. Irene was very helpful in suggesting products to meet my needs (I had no knowledge of flooring), and her follow-up on scheduling, details and confirmation were fantastic. The job was scheduled to begin 10 days later & Ken showed up right on time & was very polite & personable. I stayed home from work the first day but had no concerns with leaving him alone the remainder of the week as he showed great concern for my home and pets. He called if he was running late & not only did the work neatly, he stopped periodically to remove debris to his trailer but took extra steps to put things away each evening, return my items to closets, etc. I could go on & on... I will definitely use Brown's again.

This is our second time to use Brown's and each experience has been a good one. They are very pleasant to work with and their prices are reasonable. The installers did a wonderful job and were very pleasant to have in our home. We will definitely use them again for our flooring needs.

Bob Workman is very personable and helpful. He also knows his products well. He was prompt for appointments, brought samples based on our phone conversation and quickly ordered and scheduled installation of the product selected. His installer was skilled, but did leave the job for family matters more than I would have liked. An installation that could have been done in 4 days was completed in 6 and a half days.

My overall experience was very positive. Irene came out to give me a free estimate--measured everything very carefully, then explained to me my various options and answered all my questions. When we came into the store to select the floor, we were offered the opportunity to take home samples, which was very helpful in making the right choice. The installers, Louis and Chris, a father and son team, were excellent workers, and also very nice people. They moved things out and back into the kitchen, returning everything just as it was, and left all areas clean. They even did a few "extras" where they found some problems. They did a lovely job with both floors. My only complaint is that the scheduler had told me to expect them between 9 and 9:30 am, but they didn't arrive until closer to 9:45 without ever phoning. I had hoped to get off to work by shortly after 9:30, but this was impossible. A phone call at least would have helped. Otherwise, great job and experience!

I would highly recommend Brown's Flooring. Everyone we dealt with was very nice - Janice, Bob, and Charles. Not to mention very honest; you could really tell they were reputable. Janice helped us select carpet and was a great help. Best of all I never felt she was trying to 'sell' me something, because she wasn't. Charles did a great job installing, and was a real pro. Bob was very helpful all-around. He also quickly handled a mistake that had been made in the order. You can tell a lot about a company by how they handle problems, and Bob did an excellent job. I wish every company could be as good.

THEY WORKED AROUND MY SCHEDULE. THEY WERE THE LOWEST OF THREE ESTIMATES. THEY HAD A MINIMAL AMOUNT OF WASTE WHICH SAVED ME MONEY. THEY USED WHAT THEY ACTUALLY NEEDED.

Excellent! Beginning with the consultation at the showroom to select the best replacement carpet and then the home visit to measure and provide the price I was quite impressed with the professionalism of the Brown's Flooring representatives. The carpet was installed on time and the installers were again very capable professionals and easy to work with. I am very happy with the final result and especially appreciative of their ability to utilize some of my older carpet to replace stained areas in other rooms at a lower cost than re-carpeting these additional rooms.

Although I thought the price was a bit high, it was no higher than any other estimate I received. I guess this type of work is just a bit expensive. I could not have asked for more though concerning the quality of the work. Workers arrived on time each day, were very professional, and did a beautiful job. I would definitely use Brown's Flooring again without hesitation.

Excellent choices, pulling out even more options when we couldn't decide. Installed exactly as scheduled. Stretched our purchase to cover an amazing amount of floor. Installation with friendly, efficient workers. A terrific experience. We will return with future business and also refer others.

Charles and Crystal, the installers, are very professional and did a super job. They carefully removed and replaced all the furniture in each room.

THE PRICE WAS GOOD AND THE INSTALLATION LOOKS GREAT. THEY MET MY TIME TABLE OF COMPLETION BY THANKSGIVING, BY EVEN WORKING ON SATURDAY!

CAN'T SAY ENOUGH GOOD THINGS ABOUT MY EXPERIENCE WITH BROWN'S FLOORING. FROM THE FIRST VISIT TO THEIR STORE TO THE LAST NAIL IN THE FLOOR. THEY ARE AN EXCELLENT COMPANY TO DO BUSINESS WITH AND WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM TO ALL.

MY EXPERIENCE WAS SUPERIOR IN ALL ASPECTS & I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND BROWN'S FLOORING.

BOB WORKMAN WAS WONDERFUL TO WORK WITH. HE WAS VERY RESPONSIVE TO COMING OUT TO DO A QUOTE AND WORKED WITH US TO MAKE SUGGESTIONS ON THE TYPE OF FLOORING WE SHOULD USE. WE DECIDED ON TWO TYPES OF SPECIES AND ORDERED THEM. THE DINING ROOM FLOORING WENT DOWN FIRST AND WE JUST LOVED IT. BOB WAS WILLING TO WORK WITH US TO SWITCH THE OTHER ROOMS TO THE SAME TYPE. HIS CONCERN WAS OUR ENJOYMENT AND SATISFACTION WITH THE END-PRODUCT. HE WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND HELPFUL. I WOULD RECOMMEND HIM TO ANYONE. WE LOOKED AT SEVERAL OTHER STORES AND GOT COMPETITIVE PRICING,AND BROWN'S WAS VERY COMPETITIVE AND WE FELT VERY COMFORTABLE WITH HIM AND HIS INSTALLERS. THE INSTALLERS WERE VERY NICE AND POLITE TO WORK WITH. THEY DID A GREAT JOB PREPARING THE FLOORS AND SWEEPING BEFORE INSTALLATION. WE ARE VERY GLAD WE WENT WITH BROWN'S FLOORING.

THE STORE PERSONNEL WERE GREAT. THE INSTALLERS WEREN'T VERY PERSONABLE, BUT GOT THE JOB DONE WITH LITTLE MESS.

WAS ABLE TO SCHEDULE APPOINTMENT FOR ESTIMATE QUICKLY. ALL PHONE CALLS AND VISITS TO STORE WERE GREETED WITH HELPFUL AND CHEERFUL SERVICE. WORK WAS PERFORMED AS SCHEDULED AND LOOKS GREAT. ALL RESIDUALS FROM WORK WERE CLEANED UP ONCE JOB WAS COMPLETE.
