Excellent from start to finish. Came out the day I called to talk through the project, then let me go back and forth with tile samples until we found the right one. They were able to start the project while we were out of town and finished the day after we got back. We are so pleased with the results.

We had some peculiar floor tile needs in our bathroom project. Brothers had to go the extra mile to find what we needed. We found all of their people, and particularly Andy Hill to be both professional, helpful and extremely easy to work with. We would recommend them for any project.

A wonderful experience. They helped me find the perfect hardwood at a really great price, worked with me on installation dates (I had to delay once). Super nice people and great workmanship. The installers did a fabulous job. I will use them again soon to carpet my stairs. Highly recommended!

Process was great. We couldnt decide between carpet and hardwoods. After looking at many options and taking home a bunch of samples we decided that in the long run the hardwoods would be the best choice for us. Greg was patient and very informative. There was never any pressure to buy or make decisions we werent sure about. They had the flooring installed within 2 days after we had prepped the floor for them. Floors look great and couldnt be happier.

Great job. The floor looks great, and we've received LOTS of compliments. They know their products and recommended a "best buy." They provided great service throughout job - estimate, removal, installation. We even changed the scope of the project at the end to include an extra bathroom (because we had extra material and the floor looked so great. They were able to fit this into the schedule. Everyone was knowledgeable, efficient, and took pride in their work and customer service. We didn't do extensive research on price, but the cost seemed reasonable from estimates on Consumer Reports. We are using them again for carpeting in the basement.

Brothers did a great job on our new basement flooring. They installed Coretec waterproof final tile and tile in the basement bathroom. The installation was great. The also installed carpet on stairs that we had purchased from another place. They were very attentive and detailed to what we wanted. I would highly recommend them.

Excellent job - on time and reasonably priced. Second time using them and I will continue to work with Brothers to complete additional flooring jobs in our home.

The price was less than we had been quoted elsewhere. Installers were very nice and considerate. We are very happy with the finished product. The salesman called after the work was done to confirm we were satisfied and even sent us a thank you note. Very helpful and pleasant people to work with!!

I would say the process of choosing the floor went quite well. I had my own ideas, bamboo and dark in color. Greg provided samples to take and evaluate, as to which one I would work best in my home. I did take a couple of light colored samples just to see how that might work out, but chose the High Tea (dark). This one I thought worked well with what I had in the rooms. The Installers did an excellent job in putting in the floor. It is a floating floor and they were very contentious in explaining what needed to be done in the way of prep work and installation. Most of which I had already known, but it was good that they explained things before getting started. The work consisted of; tearing out of the existing carpet, leveling the surfaces to be covered by the new floor, trim work in the doorways, centering of the boards (new floor), and installing new quarter-round. The Installers, Rick and Brian did a great job, and their workmanship was excellent. I am very pleased with the outcome of the whole project.

Worked with Chuck early on and that was a good experience. Then it went downhill. The biggest issues were customer service (specifically from the owner who was very rude), timeliness, bad quality subcontractors and communication. I chose this company Bc of their long standing tenure and reputation in this community. I wanted no hassle Bc we have two small kids and lots of projects going on. Well, I might as well have used a discount warehouse and saved some money. Specific examples include - carpet pad installed wet (not sprinkled on, literally wet like a sponge), an installer who walked off the job and left us hanging, carpet not bound correctly causing delays. The biggest issue, however, is how poorly the owner treats customers. My advice: Steer clear.

Ordering and measuring were done efficiently and professionally. Tee installation crew was very conscious of cleanliness. They moved large furniture and dressers without damaging walls or other fixtures. The installation was done quickly with little disruption of our family. The carpeting is lovely. I have had brothers work on wood flooring and tile. They have always done a wonderful job.

We were satisfied. They did a good job, courteous and dependable. They showed up on time, I would recommend them to other people.

Went to the store and was shown many samples but settled on tiger wood. Cost for purchase of flooring and install was about $1300 for about an area of 28 by 14. Finished in one day including installing new shoe molding. Highly recommend with such promptness and craftsmanship that passes their competition.

I love the tile! The tile itself is great. Brothers Floor Covering Inc. did a great job. my endless questions were ansered professionally. The only hiccup involved the transition between the tile in the bathroom and carpet in my bedroom. It took a while but it was resolved to my satisfaction.

Disaster!! We were not aware Brothers used subcontractors and that was the beginning. We picked a bamboo flooring and when it arrived, we discovered that we were approx. 4-5 boxes short. The installers brought the remaining material with them on the day of installation but we were upset because they needed to be acclimated so that we wouldn't have a problem with expansion and contraction. We were told the floor would be going down with nails but the subcontractors ended up using glue. We called Bros. and asked about the change and they assured us that glue is what they should be using. Once the floor was layed we discovered that there was glue everywhere!! Chuck came out to the house and said that the glue should have been cleaned as they worked and not allowed to dry. So the next day they came back and spent an entire day trying to remove all the glue with mineral spirits. Even with every window in the house open, it was so smelly. The mineral spirits did not work at all. Next, Chuck suggested we either have the floor ripped out and relayed or could we let him try another solution first. We agreed to the other solution, which was to remove just the very top layer of factory finish by sanding and then applying a new layer of finish over that. We should never have agreed to that. What happened over the first year and a half after installation is we have had a certain amount of expansion/contraction, which is normal. The commercial finish Brothers used has stretched and split between almost every piece of flooring. It looks like we have white crud between every piece. We can't even try to clean it out because then it pulls up the finish! It's horrible, we are so disappointed that we didn't have them rip out the first installation. We did contact Brothers after about a year and a half because it took that long for the issues to really start showing. We wrote them a long letter and sent lots of pictures of the issue and NO RESPONSE!! The guys were really nice and they did offer to rip out all the flooring and re-do it. We felt bad making them do that so we agreed to try the refinishing solution, which looked good for the first year but now it looks bad. They even said if it didn't work we could still rip out the floor and start over. Since we tried their other solution and it had such a bad result we wish they would fix it.

He was punctual and called in advanced. He wore shoe coverings. He explained the pricing list. They reminded me that the home needs to be painted first and then lay the carpet. They let me know the store hours to pick out the carpet. Which I will be doing. I recommend them highly.

Our entire experience with Brother's was great. They were able to get someone out to give us an estimate quickly. He was very knowledgeable in helping us decide what flooring to go with based on our specific house and needs. I made multiple visits to the showroom, and each time the staff spent a lot of time with me and were extremely helpful. Installation went great as well - the installer paid extreme attention to detail and did the work quickly with great quality. Would definitely use Brother's again - all stages of the process (estimation, picking out flooring, installation) went flawlessly. I called Greg probably ten times with questions and he always returned my calls quickly and was happy to help.

We were very happy with their service. It was a type of linoleum tile for the floor. Then it was ceramic tile on the wall between the cabinets and the counter tops. I would use them again.

I like the guy I dealt with, Greg Hill. He is very professional and very down-to-earth. I like him. I just kind of have a good feeling about him.
