Description of Work: Replaced existing carpet and tile with hardwood flooring. The work went well and the floors look lovely. Only issue is the installers damaged two items and did not let me know. The owner was easy to work with and compensated for the damage without any problem.

Description of Work: We bought an older custom home, and I wanted to redo all of the flooring. After waiting on selected samples from a franchise store for over 3 weeks, I decided to call Brothers. Greg was so helpful with showing me various possibilities and giving me pros & cons of different options. He also helped to keep within budget. I had in mind a look I was after, and it has turned out spot on!! Love my new gray wide plank hardwoods, new carpet, and tile. His guys showed up as scheduled, and completed as promised. Description of Work: We purchased new Armstrong Vinyl Tile. The installer had to removed the old parquet flooring as well and repair some damage to the existing floor. The installer was very precise and did an awesome job. We are thrilled with the final result!!! |

I was sitting here when Chuck called John back to let him him know that the laminate floor is no longer available from the supplier and asked him what he would like to do.. It is unfortunate that your floor got water damaged, however if doesnt change the fact that we did a nice job for you and tried to get you replacement product. If you want any further help with options to change part of the floor I would be happy to show you some alternatives to the laminate.

Estimates -- went very well.
Description of Work: Monty was a pleasure to work with. He is very knowledgable, punctual, and professional in every way. He provided 2 estimates for 2 different laminate products, and always went the extra mile with phone calls to make sure I received the faxes. I was unable to use Brothers for this project, but will consider using them in the future.
