Hey did a beautiful job on the floor. It was a difficult one because my bathtub is curved. All the tiles were laid evenly and I'm not quite sure how he did it. I had an emergency while he was working and had to leave. I felt very comfortable leaving him in my home while I was gone.

They have poor communication. I had 2 or 3 workman in the house at the same time. They measured and said they would get back to me with a quote. A month later I received a quote that was not itemized and too expensive. I called them an complained b/c they quoted me for moving furniture. The furniture that would need to be moved could be moved by myself. I felt they came in an quoted with what they we're going to do without consulting me.

I didn't get other estimates so I can't grade price. Overall they did a very good job. I'm very pleased with their personnel.

Professional, hard working crew. New carpet installation looks terrific.

Finished product looked great, process was dustless and the finish, while drying, was practically odorless. Have worked with this company previously, and while they do sub-contract, this crew was great.

We called the office and we were told that someone would be here shortly, but when the installer showed up he was very huffy, stating he had informed my husband the day before that he would be back late in the afternoon. I commented that we were getting concerned about his return and the completion of the project, and he voiced, that he could "just leave right then!!!" I was so flabbergasted by his tone and his remark that I just walked away. By then we simply wanted the project done and finished. They did manage to complete the job about 6:00 pm that evening and left without saying much. We still had some loose ends with the job that needed attention along with our complaint about the attitude and disrespect we received from the installers, so we went the following day to the brother's flooring store. We talked with a gentleman about our encounter with the installers and some items that need to be replaced. Later we discovered that this gentleman was the owner of the company.

Someone came to estimate the same day, which was great. However, the cost was more than I was prepared to pay (even though it may have been a fair price; I only got the one estimate). I decided to remove wax, sand where necessary, and stain where necessary myself.

They missed the first appointment for an estimate but more than made up for it in the end. The crew of 3 showed up and were very courteous, they got to work right away and didn't waste a single second UNTIL they saw that the floor didn't match the original floor. After some phone calls it ends up that the manufacturer of the original floor was bought and this floor color code matched my original but was from a different manufacture. I wasn't happy but they went ahead and finished the floor and told me they would call around to see if they could find my original floor. WAALAA! They did and they came out yesterday with a matching floor and its looks great. I couldn't be happier that they made the extra effort to make sure it matched!

They had such a large selection and even let me bring multiple samples home at no charge. The installer did a great job and even helped me rid of the odor left by my Jack Russell Terrier by applying baking soda over the entire surface before laying the new pad and replacing some of the tack strips. He also gave me some pet owner tricks for when we replace the rest of the carpeting. I was very please with my service and love my new carpet!

They did a very thorough job and their prices were very reasonable.

Brothers Flooring did a great job. The floors, both the wood and vinyl, look great. One nice thing is that I actually got the estimate from Brothers about a year ago for the wood flooring. Since that time, I've moved from Indianapolis and had finally decided to move forward with the wood floor installation to help the home have greater appeal to potential buyers. I called Brothers to ask them to revise the estimate, they took a quick look and said the estimate was still good. And, their estimate was lower than other comparable ones Id gotten recently. They were great to work with, were very quick in getting the work scheduled and then completed. Not to mention, I had to coordinate this long distance, and Brothers made it easy. They are a very good company, good workmanship and a wide array of product options.

Everyone at Brothers was exceptional. They seemed equally excited about our new house & took care to do things the right way. Various teams coordinated smoothly and worked their schedule to fit our needs. They arrived on time and worked professionally throughout the day. Greg does a great job of project management! Chuck Smith was a tremendous help in choosing appropriate flooring and went out of his way to find the highest quality products available yet still fit our budget. He worked some magic for us. In any project this big, issues come up. One issue was some sub-flooring (house built in 1965). Another issue was some confusion on whether 2 rooms were included in the original proposals. Brothers was able to figure out solutions to any issues and worked with us to keep unforeseen costs contained. We are thrilled with the end product and appreciate all that Brothers did to make the process as painless as possible. You can tell they really take pride in their workmanship.

They don't usually use contractors, but I guess they were overloaded, so they did with my job. He was very good, but when he left, he asked if my garbage company would pick up the tile leftovers. I thought they would, but it was very heavy, and my garbage company wouldn't take it. I tried several times to get a hold of Brothers to get them to come take the trash, but they never returned my calls. Four days later when the guy came to match the carpet up to the new tile, he took the trash.

Company was excellent to work with. The work was performed on schedule. The subcontractors were polite, helpful, careful and minimized the mess. The company follow up was excellent.

We had used them before to install kitchen and bathroom tile a couple of years ago and we were very satisfied with them. This is the reason we went back to them. They are very easy to work with, and there were no problems at all. When they said they were going to be here, they were here.

They did an excellent job on both items.

Scott Casper was great. I went to them to get the floor installed and not only were they willing to install it, but they were willing to get an electrician for me and coordinate that. It was all done within a 5 day period. It was beautiful work by everyone. They all went out of their way to make it a great experience. It was so pleasant to do business with a company that cares about their customers. I would recommend them to anyone.

Mr. Hill did not show up for the appointment during the said time frame. I had to call the company, who tracked him down at another project. We ended up rescheduling for later that day. I was not the least bit pleased that he didn't have the courtesy to call his office or myself so that my time was not wasted. When he did arrive to do the estimate, he made his perfunctory apology and did so again prior to leaving, at which point I said that a phone call would have been appreciated and didn't seem too much to ask. He felt the need to say he was on another job- as if that would excuse a one min. phone call to his office to have them let me know he would be late. He just didn't seem to care.

We visited the store late on a Saturday afternoon after seeing their ad in the Angie's List magazine. Upon arrival, we were promptly greeted. We explained what we were looking for in tiling our kitchen and the sales person showed us several options. We narrowed our selection down to 2. The sales person allowed us to take the selections home with us so that we could actually see how they looked in our home with cabinets, lighting etc. We made our selection and went back to the store to place our order. It only took a couple of days before our materials were delivered to the store. We were going to do the work ourselves and when we picked up the material, they explained how to use the glue for the tiles. During our job, we had to call to ask a couple of questions which were promptly answered. They were very helpful in every aspect. The price was reasonable. I would and have recommended them to friends and family.

It went well. The entryway is beautiful; they did a great job installing it. What was somewhat disappointing is the salesman and I talked at length about sealing the grout. We had verbally agreed that they were to seal the grout. In the end, they did not seal the grout. Miscommunication problems. Another lack of communication is the salesman did not make clear that the slate would be varying thicknesses, and some 12x12 pieces can be slightly warped. We now know this is normal. But after the installation, the varying thicknesses led to one area being so different that people might have tripped. The installer was great, as he busted out two slate tiles, and replaced them so the thicknesses were not all that different. In the end, we will probably use this company again to replace flooring in the kitchen and elsewhere in our home.

After we selected Brothers Flooring to do the work, they were scheduled by Pioneer Kitchens who coordinated the remodeling work on our kitchen. The gentleman who laid the tile has been an employee of brothers flooring for twenty-five years and was extremely capable. He worked alone and did the job in two days. His boss Greg came back to put in the Oak molding along the cabinets. He saw some places in the grout that had air bubbles and he touched up several seams until he was personally satisfied with the job. It was obvious that he took pride in the company's work. The floor is beautiful and we could not be more pleased. In selecting the tile, we found the staff at the showroom to be very helpful and we brought home a number of samples to consider. When we set up an appointment to have measurements taken, the estimator was right on time, and offered some helpful suggestions concerning an area of floor that had water damage as well as sections of the floor that were not quite level.

They were pleasant to work with. They cleaned up their mess very well. There was no dust. It was wonderful. Their dust free advertising was absolutely true!

They were pleasant to deal with and prompt on all occasions. We may have them do another job fairly soon.

Overall, very pleased. Much better job than I received previously from another firm. Price was very fair, based on the market. They were able to do the job in an extremely timely manner. I was shown sample stains on my floor so I could decide which color to select. My only complaints were that they were an hour late on the first day (I was late to work waiting on them) and they left the lights on one night. Based on this experience (especially when compared to my previous experience with another firm), I would definitely use them again.

I knew what I wanted so spent less than an hour at the store to place to order. They came when they said they would. But there were problems with the installation. The installers put a table saw in the dining room so they didn't have to walk out to the garage. As a result, everything in the condo was covered with sawdust. UNACCEPTABLE. When I complained to the installer he said he was just a subcontractor and was just paid to lay flooring and couldn't respond to me. When I called the store, no one would answer my voice mails. When I was at the store once I told the owner, tell his employee to tell someone calling him that he was not there! Probably another customer. I also ordered vent covers and they agreed to measure and install. They did not install-I had to pick them up at the store and install them. But two of the vents were the wrong size-they didn't measure correctly. Because of the terrible installation and lack of response I strongly recommend AGAINST this company.
