Got estimate one week and after deciding between multiple options, selected them the following week. They were available to start work the next day, so the project got off to a quick start. The workers who came were friendly, courteous, and worked efficiently. Sanding and the first coat of polyurethane were done on the first day. Additional coats were done over the next couple of days. The results were beautiful and everything went smoothly and was done faster than expected.

The crew was here for 1 week. They worked from one end of the house to the other end. Removed carpet and installed the flooring. They were very prompt and cleaned up every evening.

Very good experience. Chuck was very prompt and precise with estimate and recommendation of product. The team that Brothers sent to do the work (Rich and his son) did a great job. Very conscientious. They worked until 8 pm on a Friday night to complete the job (after checking with us to make sure it was ok to work that late). It was clear they were not going to cut corners to get the job done more quickly. They were friendly, let us know what was going on with the job, and cleaned up after the job.

The salesperson was very very good. She knew what she was doing. She was very personable and knowledgeable. There were 2 guys that installed the carpeting and they did an excellent job. They were nice guys and they cleaned up after themselves.

It was wonderful. Other people had told us they wouldn't, or couldn't, do and they got the job done. It looked wonderful. They did a great job.

I did not like that they had to wait for a product to be reordered because they did not order enough to do the job. Then, once they got the product in, it did not match, so they had to send it back and wait for the correct color to come in. Otherwise, once the correct color wood came in, the workers did a great job installing the floors. They were a father and son team who did a great job. They were friendly and honest. They worked quickly and efficiently. They were really a couple of craftsman that really knew what they were doing.

Went as expected. We have a long relationship with Brothers Flooring and they did superb work, as always.

We replaced carpeting in the rec room with hardwood flooring.

Estimator was not an installer and had to check to see if the project could be done the way we requested. Great follow up and competitively priced.

Did good job. Installed several tiles that were off color and came back to change them without problem, just delayed the job completion.

We were satisfied with the work that they did. We do have to call them back soon because the corner of one of the boards has raised up and we want their opinion on what to do. Other than that, the work was very good and speedy. The job went according to the original plan and they brought the correct flooring over. I was very satisfied with what they did.

They left me with enough extras that I could replace it myself as needed. The sales girl really worked with me to get the right feel that I wanted. They were very attune for what I was looking for. They were on time when the product got here. They were clean and got the work done efficiently. They worked really hard to work with me. Everyone was nice and polite and explained what I needed to know. The Sales lady was especially nice. They made me feel like an important customer. The tiler had some concerns about color of grout and let me know and he was correct.

Greg Hill was our representative. He brought samples out to our house several times. He helped us select the right product for our job. Flooring was slightly underestimated but Greg had the material shipped overnite and it was completed the next day. We had some problems with the large area rug not laying flat. Greg sent the rug back to the company who installed the pad. It came back with same problem. Finally, he removed the backing and installed another type of pad. Greg does what he says he will do. You don't pay until you are satisfied. We would highly recommend Brothers and we will use again. The quality of the hardwood installation was excellent.

They were very good. They did the work in a very reasonable amount of time. They held true to their quote. They cleaned up very good when they were finished. They were very professional and nice.

Very well. One minor problem, corrected in 48 hours.

They came out on time and did the work they were supposed to do in a very timely manner. I was comfortable having them in my home. they cleaned up everything they cleaned up.

They did a very good job and we are very pleased. They were also very quick in getting the job done.

Not well. It was one problem after another, from orders being delayed, to install dates being changed multiple times, to an installer walking off the job, to the wrong wood being ordered. It was not a good experience. We hired a separate installer to do the floors in the kitchen, but then decided to hire Brother's to do the foyer. After we placed the first order for the kitchen, we realized Brother's didn't order any transition strips, so they had us pay $200 for a BOX of transition strips when we only needed 2. Once we finally nailed down an installation date for the foyer, they sent out a wonderful installer. He was terrific - very professional, polite and knowledgeable. Unfortunately, after laying 1/2 of the floor, he determined the wood was defective and had to be ripped up. This is NOT Brother's fault. It took about a week longer than we were told to get in the new wood. When it did arrive, WE picked it up and brought it to the house to acclimate. Meanwhile, we are still stuck with having to dispose of the defective wood as well. On the day of the 2nd install the installer showed up an hour late, then turned around and walked off the job without saying a word after my husband had a question about the transition strips. At that point we called our contact at Brother's and he agreed to come out and install the floors himself. When he arrived we realized that Brothers had ordered the wrong floors! Right brand, right color, wrong species. They ordered cherry oak when it was supposed to be cherry maple. Three months after we began the process we still don't have hardwoods installed in the foyer. We are now going with a different company to purchase the hardwoods AND install them.

It went fine. They were very helpful and the sales person helped me so much and I went back many times. The only complaint I have was that the guy who laid the floor was sloppy, he left the house filthy. Everything had dust, foot-tracks, and he didn't clean up afterwords.

It went fine, I still have a small issue still outstanding with them but it wasn't due to installation but more with the product. The father and son installers were excellent.

Went well. Workers were quick and efficient; dust-free process was really, surprisingly, dust-free. I was a bit surprised that the price quoted only included two coats of polyurethane finish. Three or more are generally recommended, especially for heavy traffic areas such as our foyer. I asked for, and received a third coat of sealer, for an additional cost of $1 per square foot. Although I told the salesman at the time of the estimate that I had a coupon for 10% off the dust-control sanding, I had to remind them about it when it came time to settle, as it was not included in the final invoice. There was no mention of the discount on the final invoice, although it appeared to have been included. This was puzzling. I didn't expect the balance to be charged to my credit card (originally used to provide a down payment), but it was charged nevertheless. Had hoped to write a check. Also had hoped to get some information regarding care and maintenance of the new finish, but received none.

I got the impression from the person that came to measure that they don't like to do small jobs. I just wanted to have tile placed in a 30 sq. ft. bathroom. If things went well I was going to hire them for a project that was 240 sq. ft. Their price was way too high for my pocketbook. They wanted $32.50 per sq. ft.and that was with me supplying the tile and grout. A home improvement store agreed to do it for less than 1/2 the price and guarantee their work. I'm sorry I wasted the nice man's time.

The office staff were very helpful. The installers were competent. We would use them again.

They did a great job from start to finish. The people at the store were helpful and took their time, even though I got there right before closing. Everyone was very responsive to my questions/concerns before I accepted the bid. And the work itself was outstanding. They came in, worked hard and the floors are beautiful! There was great attention to detail - quality work. Everything was cleaned up and looking good when they left. On time, on budget - I would highly recommend them.
