Guy came out to do my kitchen and I sai by t he way it needs to be laid on the diagnol and he said it wasn't in his contract. I told him here is a copy of the contract and he wouldn't read it, he just turned around and left. I called Brothers to ask what the story was and they said Guy didn't want to do the job. They had to send someone else out but in the mean time I'm taking off work for this and it's taking my time so I pulled tiles up myself just to save some time. When the guys put new sub floor and tiles down I asked them to make sure no nails were sticking up and they said ok. There are still nails sticking up, you can see them starting to come through the tile. You can see the bump, they aren't through the tile yet. When I called them about the balance of the money they asked if I was satisfied so I told them about the nails. They said they would send someone out to replace the tiles. They didn't send anyone out then they sent me the balance of the bill which I paid. They haven't folowed up and I'm waiting on more nails to come through.

They do good work and have good people that work for them. They are a small family business. We try to utilize small family businesses as much as we can. They are a nice reliable company. If there are problems they are willing to work with us. We are pleased with them.

At first I thought they were doing what we wanted, but when they said that they were finished, we questioned the quality of the work, but they told us that they did everything. After they left the house, we discovered that the floor still needed to be buffed. When we called back on Monday, we found out that the person who came out was an independent contractor, and was not an employee of Brothers. When I questioned Greg (at Brothers) in detail, I discovered that waxing floors is something that they do not do regularly, but they never told that info up front. We got a refund of 1/2 of the $551.00 for the part of the job that was not completed.

All projects went extremely well and we are very pleased with the results. We will definitely be using them to replace flooring in bathrooms/laundry room in the near future. We had several different crews here. All were professional and trustworthy. One crew was a bit later arriving than expected but this was just one day of many that the various crews were here. The carpet removal and installation went smoothly. We love our new carpet and have seen no problems. The hardwood installation and removal also went well. There were a few scratches noted on the wood in one area and when called to their attention, they promptly replaced it. As to the refurbishing of some of our less worn hardwood, there was some discussion around this and a few different opinions were given. In the end, rather than telling us that we needed to replace or sand and restain (i.e. they could have recommended a method that would have cost quite a bit), they told us what we could do to make it look better and without so much cost. We have since done what they have recommended and the floor looks great. The cost savings was greatly appreciated. Greg was the main person we worked with. He was professional, very helpful and patiently answered our many questions. It was a great experience.

Everything went fine. Recently I've noticed some bowing in the floor that I will contact them about.

It went extremely well. From our first visit to the store to choose our flooring, the measurements with Monty, the installation by Chuck and Dave, and our further interactions with Chuck and Greg at the store, it was a very positive experience. The installers kept the areas very clean, were professional and worked hard for 21/2 days to get the installation finished. I hope to use them in the future to refinish our hardwood floors.

The individual, employee was very knowledgeable, came out a few days after scheduling was very polite, professional and efficient. The estimate price was comparable with others. Follow-up was done well and we are considering them for the job. We were happy overall with this experience so far.

They man that came out was very courteous. We decided to work with another company as we weren't able to schedule right away. We would have had to wait for them to get the product in.

Excellent job by the Brothers team. They meticulously re-streched my carpets. They didn't rush, but instead did it the right way with the right equipment and techniques. My carpets are now perfect with no bumps or lumps.

Very positive. Due to the nature of the work time can vary. We received a call informing us of a delay. The workers were extremely professional, and courteous.

The installers, Brian and Joe did a great job installing and cleaning up. They were experienced professionals and the work was high quality. The matching up of the tile to the hardwood floor came out very well and we did not have to use a dividing strip as the levels of the wood and tile matched up very well. I would used Brothers again and would highly recommend them.

Everything was very good. They were very friendly, and I was happy with their work.

One of the gentlemen is a neighbor of ours so that's why we went to them. They did an excellent job with the installation and we're perfectly happy with the work that was done. They have also done our wood flooring previously many years ago.

The installation went fine. After a couple of weeks that the floor was installed, the floor started to change shape. The owner came out and looked at it. He was to send out someone to do some tests. That person called me to set up a time to come out. He was not able to come out and he said that he would reschedule it. I didn?t hear from him for about 3 months. He called me and said that he would come out and do the tests and by that time I was disinterested. I was frustrated that Brothers Floor did no follow up on the issue even after I wrote a letter. I was very disappointed. I would not use them in future.

Installation was done on the date agreed upon and we feel it was done well...so far so good. Installation was dirty (the removal of our old, dirty carpet) and smelly...had I known how smelly, I might have left the house because I am sensitive to odors. But, the odor (glue) didn't last long and we are happy with our selection and with the installation. The area was small where the new carpet went, but came with some challenges, i.e., a very small half-bath area.

I had an excellent experience working with them. They were out on time and they always responded to my calls. The job went perfectly overall.

They did a good job but they were very slow. The job took much longer than they said it would take. The time estimate was way off the actual time it took. It was an expensive project but it looks nice. I also had a problem with the plumbing and I had to call in a plumber to take care of that. The plumber had to do some work in the toilet because we had a leak in the ceiling. I had to pay him $400. It added on to the cost of the job. I knew it was going to be expensive. I would probably not use them again because they took a long time to do it and I missed a lot of work because I had to supervise them. Initially they said it would take 2 or 3 days but it stretched on to more than 2 weeks. It was not what we expected. They probably did it to save money on their end but that did not make me happy. I felt they were not honest when they gave me the time estimate.

There was some delay in scheduling the installer, but it all worked out and we are very happy with the product and work.

They moved our refrigerator to install the floor and loosened the connection to the water supply to the ice machine. The water ran behind the refrigerator and into the den and ruined a good portion of the floor in the den. So we called Brothers back and they came out to look at the dens flooring and made an estimate to fix the floor. They didn't offer a discount for the services to repair the dens flooring. My husband sent an email explaining that the refrigerator sat there for 9 years without any problems, but they never replied to my husbands email.

We had very old carpet throughout the house that we wanted to replace. We were unsure if we wanted new carpt or hardwood flooring. We worked with Chuch McKeny at Brothers and eventually went with the hardwood for most of the house. Chuck was very easy to work with and gave us as many samples of flooring and carpet as we needed. Even when we changed our minds at the last minute about the style of flooring there was no problem. The team that removed the old carpet and installed the new flooring and carpet were very fast and efficient. We requested a change in the trim and they had no difficulty with our request. The floors look fantastic.

Sales rep came in response to phone call asking for estimate and samples of carpet. Two workmen removed furniture out of the room. Removed old carpet and padding. Installed new padding and carpet. Moved furniture back in place, took about 3 hours.

Monte came to the house to measure and give an estimate. One crew came and did the tear out, another crew came out to install flooring. All crews were prompt, did excellent work, and cleaned up nicely.

third time. They have most types of flooring in their showroom and they have placed it on the floor so you can see how it looks. They were very good about listening to what we needed and what kind of things we were looking for. We had them come out and look at the floor and give us an estimate to level it off. The floor was not even. They had a product we used which looked like wood but it was a sheet which was more like a vinyl. We were very pleased with their recommendation. They did a great job. We also got a 10% discount as we had used them before for different work.

Great sales experience. Terrible installation experience. Was not able to get Brothers out to correct initial installation problem. Have called 6 times requesting help over the past two weeks with no results. Would not do business with this company again.

Brother's estimator, Monte, showed up very promptly and quickly got back with us with pricing. Out of three bidders estimating exactly the same thing they were lowest. They arranged installation the following week and in two days it was completed perfectly.
