It went fine. Joe Hiatt was the plumber. He got the job done and cleaned up. Everything is working as it should.

Never had a problem. They show up quickly in emergency situations do professional installation jobs when I had new units installed over the years.

The cost was too much, $187. They took care of the problem but the price was ridiculous for 5 minutes work. Responsiveness was good. They did a fill in because I had water in my basement. They brought someone, they fit me in to their schedule and so punctuality was very good. Professionalism is a B just for the service guy I had this time. I have other people from there who were really good and others that weren't so good.

Initial service went well. I pay for an annual service fee which includes tune up for both A/C and furnace. I have a minisplit system as well. I made sure the technician they were sending was qualified to work on the minisplit as well as the A/C. Tech showed up on time and was pleasant. Informed me I needed a new motor for my minisplit as it was making a noise. I agreed. Had to ask him to service the regular A/C as he was getting ready to leave. He thought he was only there for the minisplit. I have agreed to annual fee to service my entire home, not just one type of system and he agreed and serviced. He told me he ordered the part for the minisplit and would call to install in a few days. Two weeks went by and I had to call to find out what was taking so long. They informed me that supplier didn't get back to them and they basically forgot about me. However, within another week, part came in and they put me on the schedule. Tech came to install part, but dripped water on the circuit board and fried it. He admitted fault, stayed to order the part and received confirmation that part would be in on the next Monday afternoon, and would install first thing Tuesday morning. He did insist that I pay for the motor he installed even though the unit was not at all working. At 9:00 a.m. Tuesday morning I called and was told part was not to arrive until that day and they would be out first thing Wednesday morning. At 9:00 Wednesday morning, I called and they told me tech would be out between 10:00 and noon. I waited around until 12:05 pm and called again. This time they told me part had not been shipped at all. I was furious and asked why they hadn't bothered to call me and keep me up to date with what was going on. Was told that they were afraid to call me! I asked why I should ever consider using them in the future? Manager told me I should appreciate that they admitted their fault with the circuit board and that most companies would not have been honest about it since the part was a $900 part. I informed him that most customers expect to do business with moral and ethical companies and that his expectation that I appreciate that was absurd! Within a week, tech came out and replaced the board. That night, water was pouring down my wall under the unit. We called again and told them they needed to fix ASAP. Tech's manager came next morning and finally fixed. Noticed parts missing on outside of unit and had tech come in next day to put back on. All in all, I can say I will never use this company again. A two day procedure ended up taking multiple days, multiple phone calls, and multiple head aches.

The service worked well. That was fine, but they were supposed to come back and install a filter in the furnace and a pump. They gave me rates on everything and were to call me back and never did. Their follow-through is a big thing to me and they fell short.

They also do plumbing now, too so they combined all three services. We also have them do our twice a year service, once for the air conditioning and once for the furnace. We bought the air conditioner and furnace from them so to keep the warranty service going you use the preventive maintenance service. I also used them to replace a hot water heater. We like them. We have been using them for 10 years now.

I have had to call them several times to come out and do service to the furnace which is what they installed. At one point, one of them urinated on my driveway. It was in January when he had come out to service. I talked to the manager. I explained that there was urine on my driveway and you do not just mistake the smell and I witnessed him doing it and the manager just chuckled and said sorry. That could have been health hazard to anybody because you do not know what people have. I feel like they price gouge. They were charging me excessive amount to come clean the furnace and come service it for the winter. I just got to the point where I was done with it. So, I would never recommend them and I have talked to several people who have used them who now have switched because none of us in this neighborhood was satisfied with them.

I think they did a good job. They did what they said they were going to do. They were on time. As far as I know, everything went well. The price was fair. I think quality was fine. Everything went well. They were dependable and honest. It was scheduled in advance. I haven't really had to call them. Punctuality was good. I've been satisfied with them.

Technician Ahmad arrived on time. He took time and carefully explained to me everything he was checking. He pointed things out to me to make sure I understood the system. He cleaned the units both inside and outside. He checked the capacitor and the refrigerant. He tested the temp of the airflow.

David arrived on time. He applied a heavy vacuum cleaner to the ducts. He cleaned all the vents. He worked carefully and spent 4 to 5 hours on the job. He cleaned up all work areas. Did an excellent job.

On March 30, 2016 David F & Luke of Broad Ripple Service Experts cleaned the vents in my home. They were right on time and the price was the exact rate that I have been quoted earlier. They were very professional making sure that I understood what they were going to do. They had a very large machine that and my home is rather small. Often they had to lift the machine over furniture or around in small spaces. They cleaned the vents, the covers and put everything back exactly the way it was before they did the work.. After the work was completed they verified that I was happy with the work that they completed.

I had a plumbing leak in for one of our tubs in a fairly small crawl space. I called and set up a time for the plumber to meet me. The plumber was running ahead of schedule, so BR Service Experts called to see if their plumber come about 1/2 hour earlier than originally scheduled. The earlier arrival was not a problem, so Michael Cupp and his apprentice (I am sorry, but the apprentice's name escapes me at this time) showed up and, after a brief description of the problem, got right to work. Within ten minutes they identified the issue and quoted me a price for the fix. They were missing a part they needed...left to get the part and were back in short order. The fix took about two hours, and they showed me pictures of the work when it was finished...it looks like quality workmanship. They were in and out of the house several times, but always used shoe covers and were always professional and courteous. They also identified that I have a shower stall leaking into the crawl space. Again, they showed me pictures and suggested that the tile grout is the culprit. We checked the shower stall and indeed, there is cracked grout and several loose tiles. Michael offered several suggestions for dealing with the leak...and I am expecting a quote for a fix, tomorrow. He couldn't have been more helpful. I've used BR Service Experts three times now, and they have become my "go to guys" when it comes to my plumbing needs. Thank you, Michael.

Service Experts is a fabulous company- on both the plumbing and HVAC side. When you make the appointment you are greeted by a professional, courteous and warm scheduling expert- they truly want to hep you- whether it is a planned service or an emergency. For this service, Michael the technical expert, gave me a courtesy call 30 minutes before he arrived. He was courteous, professional- had his own pair of booties- and took great care for the service and treated our home as if it was his own. His apprentice, Joe, was also courteous. He had to replace the valve- but did not have one on his truck. He left to get the part and immediately returned - so we did not have to make another appointment. We knew the cost up front (not hourly rate)- so no surprises. A+

Called for water heater repair about 10:30 PM. He said if he had part in stock he would be out that night. If not he would call back and would be back at 8 AM next day. He did call back and arrived promptly at 8. He confirmed what was wrong, had part on his truck. He did repair, told me how to probably avoid same problem again.

Called for repair of water heater about 10:30 PM. He promised to look for needed part and come out that night if he could find it. He called back to say he could not get part until next morning. Promised to arrive at 8 AM to do repair. He arrived promptly at 8, did repair as requested and left.

New Year's Eve is the absolute last night you want to have heating problems. Luckily, after shivering for a few hours, I located this company (after waiting on a home warranty company to call me back). Chris arrived at 1:00 a.m. and fixed my heat in about 30 minutes. He was awesome and gave me some pointers about other issues I may need to look out for. I am very thankful for them and the cost was comparable to my home warranty and was well worth it (on a holiday in the middle of the night). I told him I was also an Angie's list member and he gave me a discount. I intend to sign up for future maintenance services with them for air/heat. Thank you!

I have a contract with them, so they check my furnace and air conditioner every year. They are excellent!

Service call was set up for Friday the 26th between 4-6. At 6:00 it was a no show. I called and the lady who answered the phone stated that the technicain was probably running late. I said it would have been nice to get a phone call as I have been sitting here for 2 hours. She stated she would check and see where the technician was. I told her no,just cancell it and have a supervisor call me.About 45 seconds later at 6:05 while Im still on the phone with dispatch,the technician calls to state he is running late. Never did get a call from anybody!

Oh my goodness, I am not sure exactly what happened. I could not get the pilot light on my hot water heater to light. I actually called these guys by mistake not realizing it until they were leaving. I was trying to call Service Plus, but got them by mistake. A friendly, courteous guy showed up with a trainee. When I showed him him the problem, without even a courtesy look at the hot water heater, he said I needed a new one. My BS antenna went "beep". Once he looked at it he said my gas may be off. Stove was working so the antenna went "beep beep". He told me that they could provide a new water heater, installed, for around a thousand dollars or I could buy my own and they would install for 350.00. He did not fix the problem. This all took less than 10 minutes. He then said it was 99.00 for the call, but that half could be applied if i used them for the new heater. The antenna flat lined. That was when I asked about a possible remaining credit from previous services and realized that this was not who I thought it was. The next day I called Service Plus. A guy came out and not only lit the pilot but told me that my heater was still under warranty and that I should call the manufacturer to get a new one, free (a fact he got from a label on the front of the heater which he actually looked at). Total cost, 42.00. The following possibilities occurred to me: about the Service "Experts" guy: 1. He was not very knowledgeable about his job or 2. He did not want to do the job (best case scenario) or 3. He was trying to sucker me into an unnecessary purchase of service or equipment. None of which would make me inclined to use their service in the future. Admittedly this all happened because of my mistake but it did help me realize what a great company I already had. 10/19/2016-UPDATE. Although the service was not satisfactory their follow up to correct the situation was commendable. They left contact information in their response to my compliant. When I made contact and explain the situation they quickly responded by return the full amount of my payment.

Broad Ripple sent out a person to look at my old tub and recommend a replacement. He was prompt and sent me material quickly to include choice of faucets and drain,. Price was in line with what I expected. When he went to order the tub I asked if he wanted a downpayment. The answer was no, I could pay when the work was done. Yesterday two men came to my condo. The old tub was one the second floor, and needed to be removed before the new tub was set in. When I came home that night the new tub was in place, the tile was in place and undamaged (I was concerned that the tile surrounding the tub migh tbe damaged) and the tub looked beautiful. I have used this company for various work for about 10 years. They are prompt, responsibe, and do not try to sell me more than I need. I will certainly continue to use them.

I have been happy with them. I have no complaints. If we have a problem, we can call them. I haven't had any problems lately but I have recommended them to my daughter-in-law. She is happy with them as well.

The technician had a difficult time removing the motor but stuck with it and was able to salvage parts in order to save me some money and another trip. I appreciate that he was able to succeed. It was a costly repair, but could have cost me more.

We are being relocated and a requirement of the relocation company is we have an inspection then we are required address anything on the inspection. The inspector noticed some rust inside the furnace on a couple of housing panels. At this point we are required to hire an expert to look at the furnce and give it an all clear or repair any issues. Service Experts had been to my home before and they did a great job so I called they again. The office personel were great at finding an appointment that worked with my schedule. She called when the repairman was on the way. Chris K., the repairman was knowledgable, polite and did a through exam of my furnace. He confirmed that the furnace was in great working order that the rust was from a prior condensation blockage that had been repaired and rust was just surface rust and not a problem. At a time when he could have tried to sell me parts I didn't need he showed great integraty and was honest. I will be passing your name onto my realator so she has quality people to refer her clients to.

yes. they even upgraded our model free of charge, and, when they realized they should have put in TWO humidifiers, they added the second one free of charge. The salesman Stephen Todd was excellent.

The actual air duct cleaning was excellent. The technician arrived on time, managed to get the air compressor to start up despite the bitter cold, did a thorough yet efficient job, and explained what he was doing and why. I've repeatedly had problems communicating with office staff over the phone, and this job was no exception, unfortunately. When I made this appointment over the phone, the person who scheduled it was unable to confirm the price of the service and said that I'd receive a call back the next day, but I did not. It took an e-mail and two more phone calls over the course of ten days for me to be connected with someone who could answer my question. Every employee of this company who has been to my home has been exceedingly professional, and it's frustrating that communicating with the office has not consistently been as easy.
