They came in and checked the furnace before winter. They made sure that it was running fine and cleaned it out. I was impressed with everything that they did. They did a great job. Their price was fair. They were very nice. I would use their services in the future too.

I used them and they were very good. They were most famous and top notch. Everything was great. They were clean; especially their dress. When they came to the house, they wore boogies on their feet, sort of tracks things too. They were very top notch and efficient. They did a great job. I figured it would take longer than it actually did. There was a major difference in the appearance afterward but the guy who came out was professional. He explained what was going on and it was very good. He was very knowledgeable. I will use them in future.

Everything was fine. The installation went very smooothly, and their pricing was the most competitive.

Last summer I asked the company to give me an assessment of some ductwork issues, hoping to effect repairs and get better air distribution. I was visited by a 'comfort consultant', who visited the house promply, took a good look at the equipment and ducts, measured the windows, etc. All seemed to be OK. The last thing the consultent said to me was 'we will be back in touch with a plan'. It has been a year; I don't think I am going to get that call. I never got a call, an email, or any follow up to this request. I did get the usual reminder letter that our service contract was up for renewal. I did not renew. I was truly disappointed by this occurance, and am looking elsewhere for my service in the future.

Called Village Plumbing in the morning, and they came out the same day. Immediately after scheduling the appointment, a technician called to get information pertaining to the problem so as to ensure that they arrived with the proper equipment. The timeframe quoted was 12:00 - 2:00, and I received a call at 1:00 letting me know, apologetically, that the technician was running a bit late. (He in fact was not late; he arrived at 1:30, but they felt it courteous to call anyway.) Technician suggested coming through the garage with his equipment so as not to dirty the carpeting. He proceeded to work on the drain and kept me apprised each step of the way regarding his progress. He was done within an hour, including the time he took to do me a small favor involving 2 dead mice in the sump pump. (Ewwwww . . . definitely above and beyond.) He was very nice, and answered all of my questions thoroughly and thoughtfully.

The plumbers were very professional. The GM (Mr. Jasper) was annoying to deal with and he refused to leave a bill when the plumbers finished because he wanted to schedule a meeting to collect payment.

I called my normal plumber - he is usually so responsive. Maybe it was the fact that this was the Labor Day and it was 10:15 pm but my usual plumber let me down - he didn't want to come fix the problem until Tuesday morning. I couldn't wait - who wants to do without toilets for any length of time??? I checked Angie's list and saw Villiage Plumbing's ratings. I called them out at 10:30 pm. The technician arrived at about 11:30 pm. He suspected that there was a clog in the lines and 10 minutes later, the clog was gone. He ran the snake into the house and out to the street. There were a few roots in the line that he removed. While the price is a bit steep, but you get what you pay for. You can't beat Villiage plumbing for servic. I couldn't be more pleased. Looks like I have found a new plumber. Thanks!

It went well. There were three of them because there was a lot of work to install it. The supervisor came out to start the job, told me what had to be done. They cleaned up after themselves and took the old water heater with them. They capped off all of the gas lines that had been attached to the old tanks. They made sure the new heater was working and that the water faucets were flowing good.

Asked for 2 outdoor freeze proof faucets to be installed. When he arrived, he let me know one was already freeze proof and only installed the second. The plumber gave me a quote before starting and let me know he would cut a hole in my drywall. He later provided me with a less expensive option, but I choose to stay with the original estimate. Quick response, easy to work with and no surprises.

Overall experience, we have used Village Plumbing several times and will continue to use their services in the future.

When John left we went up and ran the shower. If the pressure is any better then before he came it is not detectible or very slightly or barely better. All of the other faucets in our house have normal acceptable pressure. I am not a plumber, but I am guessing there must be blockage somewhere in out pipes leading to the shower. We just paid him $258.00 and the problem has not been fixed. I immediately called as he pulled out of our driveway. John called us back. He said we should not have agreed for him to replace the cartridge, even though that is what he recommended! I told him I was very unhappy and very unsatisfied and feel like we were ripped off. He told me to call his supervisor, Andy. Andy was not available and I was told there is no one else in a position of authority. If we had no plumber come out today nothing would be different except we would be $258.00 richer. Update: The manager called back and said they will be here Thursday to make things right. We shall see...

Technician arrived early and was professional and courteous. He indicated that the Lennox unit I asked to be quoted was being replaced with a new model, so he quoted me the new model at $1,200 more than the price of the old model as quoted by a competitor (whom I have been using for maintenance service for several years). Price differential did not appear to be justified, and repair history of the old model was good vs the new model untested. I also noted that the blower on my old unit turned off when the technician went back for a tape measure he had left in the furnace room. I didn't think much of it at the time, but later noted that my system was not cooling and the blower was set to constant on at the thermostat. I found the power switch to the system had been turned off. I'm not sure what reason the technician had for turning the unit off and assume it was accidental, but this also caused me enough concern that I wasn't comfortable selecting Broad Ripple Heating to perform the work.

Everything went well. He was a little late but the office had called me to say he had been delayed. It was not a problem. He explained the problems with the furnace and is going to send someone to talk to me about a possible new furnace. He was knowledgable and helpful.

We had very low pressure in the hot water for months. We weren't sure where the problem originated. We put off calling because we thought it might be really expensive or kept waiting for the water heater to break down because it is ten years old and thought it might be the problem. We finally called, and they were very responsive. When the plumber called my husband to confirm the date and time, he said he knew what the problem probably was. The plumber fixed the problem in a timely manner, was very knowledgable and professional. The problem turned out to be a blockage in the pipe and not the water heater. We also used a coupon printed from Angie's List on the internet.

*** Check their website for coupons! I saved $30 which beat their Angie List coupon! **** I called them at 2 and said they could come out some time between 2-4. I was ecstatic because another company couldnt come out til the next day. At 4:05 I called them and the receptionist said they were running behind. She wasn't sure what time he would be out. About 3 minutes later she called back and said he was on the way. Once he did get here, he was quick to figure out the problem and went right to work after getting my okay. It took him about 40 minutes to fix it and it works great! I thought the price was a little high, but overall, pleased. Would use them again.

I called one morning. Work was scheduled for the same afternoon. The plumber became available earlier and came late morning. He explained everything extremely well, completed the work in slightly less time than anticipated, and the result was completely satisfactory.

They had us scheduled in 48 hours, installation went great and only took about 2 1/2 hours. A lot of money to spend, but you do really get what you pay for. The new A/C is much more quite than our unit that was only 5 years old. I am very happy with the purchase! I run a small business and I am pleased to see that there are larger national companies out there that still provide service like they are they small guys!

Excellent. They showed up early for both the estimate and the installation. Workmanship was very good, Estimator seemed to know his job well, and the installers were courteous, professional and friendly. Job only took 1 day. Good job of cleaning up the mess. I rated the cost a "B" because it was expensive, but not sure I could have gotten it done much cheaper by any other reliable company (didn't do a lot of shopping around, just went off of their reputation and recommendations from friends). No complaints whatsoever. :-)

I noticed a leak in my crawl space, which I identified as coming from a toilet line. I called Village Plumbing to schedule service, and I was able to get a plumber the same day I called (without requesting emergency service)! The plumber arrived and diagnosed the problem was a cracked flange. Repair required removal of the toilet, replacement of the flange, and resealing of the toilet. The plumber provided a cost proposal, I accepted, and work began. He had a drop mat to place the toilet on during repair, and took care of the job. At the conclusion, he showed me the cracked flange that was replaced. The work was completed the same day I called in a professional manner.

Very professional installation. This is the 2nd furnace that I have purchased from them (I have two furnacws in my home). Explained everything and made sure that all systems were working up to specs.

We noticed during one of the weeks that it reached 90 degrees that we were not getting the normal cooling, so we called Broad Ripple and they came out the next day (Saturday). They said that there would not be any extra charge for coming on the weekend. He was here, determined the problem (which thankfully was just freeon) and we have been very happy with the results. We would definitely recommend them and will call them again.
