Their technician were very knowledgeable and they did their work efficiently. They cleaned up after themselves. They checked everything. We were very pleased.

I had a new system put in last December. It was a furnace and ac. It was everything. Their pricing is expensive. I think it was pretty expensive.

It is $97 a year. I ask for the same person to come every time. He comes and does an excellent job. They have my account noted that I want him. I think the price, it is reasonable. They tell you what time they are on their way and what time they will be here. They say that he will be here between 8 and 10 and he will call and say he is 20 minutes away. I would always use them unless they go out of business or fire the guy I go with.

We exclusively use them. Their price is a little bit higher, but their quality of work is a little better. We've used them for 15 years. It is pretty much the same person each time.

It took them 2 days. They left the area clean. It was great.

They did good work except if you have a problem, their fee for coming out, well, if you let them do the work, they waive the fee. But then the second time I called them they wanted to charge a fee and I said hey the problem wasn't fixed the first time. I called the office and they waived the fee so they are willing to negotiate. As far as my furnace, I have a high effeciency furnace and I haven't had much trouble with it but when I did they fixed it. They are pretty good about coming out unless it's in the winter when everybody and their brother are having problems. They were pretty punctual. I think they were very professional. They maintain my furnace. I'm a stickler for details. I caught 2 things in their contract. A friend told me to make sure they lift your furnace off the floor. It wasn't in there so I wasn't too happy about that. And then when they wrote the directions, they wrote the pipe going out the wrong side of the house. He said he was hoping I wouldn't catch that because he caught it after I did. So the consumer really needs to make sure the contract is accurate. It wasn't on purpose but that is careless because if someone had been going by the directions, they would have had it going out the wrong side of my house and I surely would have been upset. That's the only thing that was a little red flag. Of course it's the consumers responsibility to read the contract. It's to the consumers benefit to write down everything.

I don't want them out here ever again. I would definitely not use them again.

We really like the tech and the service. We are big fans of Broad Ripple Heating. Their price was very comfortable. I felt it was on par with everyone else.

No work was performed but I was charged $99 for a "service call" for a man to tell me exactly what I had already explained to them was wrong on the phone, and then to proceed to say he did not have time to work on it that day but would have to wait until Monday or Tuesday. I called on a Friday afternoon for "emergency" service, since both toilets were plugged with water softener residue. I explained what I thought had occurred (I am a woman). Made an appointment for 8-10am the following morning (Saturday). I was assured that a service tech was available to actually do the work on Saturday (and not just give me a quote). Called switchboard on Sat. before 10 am and again before 11 am to see where they were. At 11:15am I received a call back from the tech who said he would be another hour until he got there. I said I would still be here waiting, at which point I got a "rescheduled" appointment reminder for 12-2p. When he came 45 minutes later, he was only there 5 minutes, checked it out, gave me a quick estimate, told me it could not be worked on until the following week, and left. I made arrangements with another company to have to problem fixed. I was charged the $99 service call, which it was not. I would classify this as a (not-free) "estimate" call.

The service was done on a system that they installed.

I pay for a service contract with them.

The job was completed in a short amount of time. He double checked to make sure our air conditioning was back on.

No problems ,they are prompt to respond to any issues that arise.

The gentleman who came first was the best part. We didn't get questions answered from the second group. I think they need to be better communicators and follow through on what they say they are going to do.

It went very well. The serviced person was Marlin and he advised me there was no problems. I request Marlin each time I have my furnace is serviced. He does a very complete review of my furnace. He also answers any questions that I have about my heating & cooling system. He & this company really do believe in great service.

We are happy with them. The experience was good. It was pretty straight forward, called and was able to get them scheduled pretty quickly. They were on time and were in and out pretty fast. I was pretty happy with that.
