Description of Work: HEAT PUMP WAS HAVING TROUBLE HEATING THE HOUSE, REQUESTED THEM TO LOOK AT IT AND SEE IF THERE WAS A PROBLEM. THEY CLEANED IT AND SAID NOTHING WAS WRONG. I ENDED UP HAVING TO CALL THEM BACK OUT BECAUSE WHEN THE REALLY COLD WEATHER HIT THE SITUATION GOT MUCH WORSE (HOUSE TEMP @ 61 DEG WITH THE HEAT PUMP RUNNING 24/7) AND ANOTHER TECH SAID THE EVAPORATOR COILS WERE DIRTY AND CHARGED US THE LABOR ONLY TO CLEAN THEM (NO SERVICE CALL CHARGE). THE SECOND TECH FIXED THE PROBLEM.
