Description of Work: I CALLED THEIR EMERGENCY NUMBER AT 8:30PM. I LEFT A DETAILED MESSAGE THAT MY AIR CONDITIONER WAS NOT WORKING (AND IT IS 90 DEGREES OUTSIDE). THEIR MESSAGE SAID THEY WOULD RETURN MY CALL WITHIN AN HOUR OR SO, BUT I NEVER RECEIVED A RETURN PHONE CALL. I ALSO CALLED THE NEXT MORNING AT 7:45AM. THEY NEVER CALLED BACK.

I DID NOT HIRE THEM FOR THE WORK BECAUSE THEIR QUOTE WAS $400 HIGHER THAN APPEL HEATING & AIR CONDITIONING CO., INC. THEIR ESTIMATOR WAS GOOD, BUT COULD HAVE BEEN MORE THOROUGH TO DETERMINE THE CORRECT SIZE OF AC UNIT FOR MY CONDO. I FELT LIKE HE WAS GUESSING AT THE SIZE OF UNIT TO INSTALL.

I UNDERSTAND THAT MISTAKES HAPPEN, BUT THE LEAST THEY COULD HAVE DONE THEN WAS TRY TO MAKE IT BETTER: SCHEDULE A SHORT NOTICE VISIT AT THE VERY LEAST, BUT I RECEIVED NOTHING MORE SUBSTANTIAL THAN ''I DON''T KNOW HOW THAT HAPPENED.''
