Description of Work: Plugged toilets intermittently. On a Friday John Shultheis came to try to duplicate the problem, which didn't repeat while he was here. He took his time to check out everything, but the problem didn't repeat. He looked at the septic tank and recommended that we have it pumped. Then on Sunday (two days later) my husband flushed one of the toilets and it seemed okay. We were working in the yard and when he came back into the house, the toilet had overflowed into the entire kitchen and onto carpet in an adjoining room. We called Village back and within 3 hours Shawn Corey was at our home. He found the problem - an area had plugged up that wasn't plugged when John was here on Friday. He had the problem resolved in about 10 minutes. Total charges for both calls to resolve original problem was $311. We were so grateful to have a quick response on a Sunday in view of the flooding and we were unable to use any of our facilities.

EXCELLENT.
Description of Work: He came in to check the A/C and Furnace, because we had a pipe back up and it went down into the vents. They were very professional and timely. He cleaned out the A/C and furnace and everything was back up and running in a matter of minutes. They always do a GREAT job. I had some concerns because my wife did not know what to ask for so I called back and the service rep came back and showed me exactly what he did and did not charge me for the 2nd visit.
