Description of Work: I use this company for my spring and fall furnace/AC service every year. I have used them for many years, and they are always prompt, courteous, and reliable. The service techs are always very neat. In several cases they have fixed components adequately to get me a few more years of service. Eventually they replaced all my HVAC equipment (old and malfunctioning) and have continued to provide excellent service. I highly recommend them.

Description of Work: Twice a year I have them come to my home. One of the visits is to clean & check the furnace and one if for the air conditioner. I pay $180 a year for a service contract which takes care of these two visits. If parts are needed that is extra. The tech is always respectful of me & my home. He is very open to answer any questions I have or explain what he is doing. I will continue to use this company.
