From the initial phone call until the final operational test of the system everyone at Broad Ripple Heating & Cooling were easy to talk with, clear in all of the details of the system and timeline, etc. General Manager, Larry Howard, came to our home the next day after we contacted the company and reviewed the needs of the home. We took his recommendation to use a slightly larger system to offset the demands of a sunroom that we had added to the home several years ago. We can already tell that the new system is more effective at cooling and heating the home during all changes in sun exposure, winds and weather. In short they said what they were going to do and they did just what they said. Every expectation was fulfilled. The two installers had a lot of work to do to get the job done in one day and worked hard all day. We appreciate the job that this company did for us. The 100% Satisfaction Guarantee was met and we are left with 5 year warranty on parts & 10 year on the compressor.

Village Plumbing showed up on time and he was very professional and very neat. He performed the work required in a very efficient manner. I do have to say though that I was somewhat shocked when I found out that this job was going to cost $307 when the same job, on a different toilet, was performed in January for $203 by the same company.

They were very nice on the phone when calling for an appointment. They were able to schedule me in a couple of days. The day of the appointment they were a bit later than the time they estimated, but it was a busy time of season. I called for an update and they did provide one and arrived at that updated time. The repair man was very knowledgeable and friendly. They had to order the part that needed to be repaired, but got that pretty quickly and in a few days we had a better functioning furnace.

Jade came out to look at work. Also came out again to look at furnace. Said didn't need new furnace and Said would call when snow melted since outside job for vent. Called several times to set up appt. Never called to set up.

I was given an estimate over the phone. The work was able to be done the day I called. John Shultheis was the technician who removed the old water heater and put in the new one. He did the job in a reasonably amount of time, cleaned up nicely, explained the new unit, and answered all my questions.

Overall, it was a great experience. I pretty much knew I was going to get a new water heater. I had done some research and realized there was a huge problem with all water heaters made in 1996. Anyway, Kevin showed up and basically detailed what he thought the problem was. He said he could take it apart to be sure if I wanted it truly diagnosed. He then showed me the replacement cost and I decided to go with the new model. Aside from that, I really like the fact that he didn't try to up sell me to another water heater. He radioed into his boss to see if they had a water heater available. I live fairly close to Village Plumbing. So, long story shorter, I had a new water heater installed, old one removed in less than 2 1/2 hours.

The guy got here in about 20 minutes, replaced the faucet, and cleaned out the trap and he saved me $127. I will keep using this company in the future.

Job 1: Great! They showed up exactly when they said they would and the gentleman doing the work was extremely nice, clean happy to do the work. He explained exactly what he was going to do before he did it and when it was done it was perfect. Job 2: They are awesome - John, who helped with our last plumbing need, was the representative who helped us. He was on time, clean, polite and ready to do the work. He helped me pick out the right kind of faucets for the sinks and the shower and told me everything that he was going to have to do to get the job done. When he was finished, it was clean and the work is solid. We won't need to get these replaced for a long time. These guys are incredibly easy to deal with and do a great job, not only with the actual plumbing, but with how they treat and interact with their customers.

I have never had Village Plumbing to do work before, but I was very pleased with the response time and work performed. I had called 3 Angie's List award winners and only Village Plumbing would come on Saturday morning. I called on a Thursday and they scheduled me for Saturday. The other 2 put me off until the following week. I will definitely have Village Plumbing again. Andy gave me a quote for an outside facet replacement, which I plan to have done in the near future.

The original quote on the drainage update ended up costing $200 less since when they came out to perform the work they found a less expensive alternative than previously thought of when they had come out for the estimate.

During the night, the furnace went out. I called at 7 am when the company opened and was told someone would be out between 8-12 to access the situation. Mike called & was at the house by 9:30 and the furnace was repaired before 10 am. He explained what went wrong and offered to explain it to my husband via phone. I asked if the furnace needed to be cleaned, and he stated it was very clean and did not need that service. I was amazed at the quick service and professional staff.

The workman worked quickly and efficiently. We were very pleased with the price.

They were on time and were very quick to make adjustments. They were clean and made precautions to keep our house clean. They did everything in a timely manor and I would use them again.

We had an emergency and they were very responsive. As a follow up, they did a major job of replacing an old shower fixture with a new one. Excellent job!

I called Village Plumbing the morning after the Super Bowl victory, the morning of the frozen pipes around Indianapolis and asked for help. They sent someone that afternoon (the only problem was they forgot to call me back and tell me when they were coming over.) The serviceman was courteous and helpful. He ended up having to clear the main drain. He also noticed that the plumbing under the sink was probably contributing to the problem, so he explained the costs for drain cleaning and re-plumbing the drain from the garbage disposal. After he left, we had some leakage under the sink and we called the company back. They sent the same nice serviceman back and he fixed the leak without any additional charge.

Village Plumbing called in the morning to see if John could come early. He arrived punctually at the new time. Since we had gone over the work to be done before, I ran an errand. When I got back, he was hard at work and I had an important luncheon engagement out of town, so I left him to finish by himself. When I got home everything was in order; all the work was satisfactorily done, including repairing a leak that he noticed before I left and tracked down on his own.

Very well. Prompt, found things that previous plumber had missed.

I called another contractor and had them come out and had the problem fixed within the hour. I then canceled all of my services with Broad Ripple Heating and Cooling.

They have had to come out 3 times now because it was difficult to find the problem. They narrowed it down to two things. The furnace was still under warranty so they ordered the necessary parts to repair it.
