Broad Ripple Overhead Doors & Openers

Repair person arrived on time. Immeduately diagnosed the problem. Fix teh garage door. he then lubricated teh moving parts on teh door and took a look at my 2nd garage door. IT was working fine. Very good experience.

Our repair man Gary was very friendly and fast. The work was done within an hour and was the price quoted. He also oiled the rails and checked the opener. He let us know that our opener has some issues, but doesn’t need replaced until it breaks. I really appreciate him not trying to push new products unless we really need them. Broad Ripple Overhead Doors and Openers will be our first company to call in the future.

I did not feel that they were trying to push us to buy anything more than we needed.

Upon discovering that my garage door wouldn't close, I established that the rail had come unattached from the garage wall. After searching on Angie's List, the good reviews and nearby location led me to contact Broad Ripple Overhead Doors. Jim informed me that he could take care of the problem and was out at my house in less than two hours as promised! Jim raised and tied off the rail so he could lower the door, then re-bolted the rail to the wall. He also was able to install a key disconnect switch to address my longstanding concern that we had no way into the detached garage in case of a power outage (no access door). Jim was friendly, courteous, and extremely knowledgeable and his efforts had me on my way to work before long. His price was incredibly low, particularly when considering his short response time and willingness to do what the job required. He also did not push extra repairs or a replacement, despite my garage door being 40 years old! When more work is needed or the door finally needs to be replaced, I will certainly call Broad Ripple Overhead Doors again. Thanks for a job well done Jim!

Both springs were broken on old garage door installed by someone else. They recommended new track, door and springs but said motor was still good. Returned my phone call immediately, even left me message and approx quote. Were prompt and finished job in less time than quoted - 2-1/2 hrs instead of 4.

I was very pleased with the prompt response from Broad Ripple Overhead and the complete inspection of the garage door problem. The door was not only repaired but helpful suggestions for addidtional maintenance was made. I certainly would use this company again and recommend them to anyone with garage door issues.

The owner of the company was out the next day. He showed up on time to give me an estimate. He knew what he was talking and wrote everything down. The technician showed up two days later, per the scheduled time. He was very quiet. He installed the new door and new tracks. He took the key disconnect from the old door and installed it in the new door. They delievered exactly what they promised and the pricing was spot on to the penny.

The coil on my overhead garage door had snapped. I called Broad Ripple OHDand O and they said they could be here in 30 minutes. They were here in 30 minutes. The price they quoted me on the phone was the exact price that I was charged. They repaired it quickly and it is purring like a kitten again. Very quick, easy, and professional.

I was pleasantly surpirsed that Gary came over the same day to re-code my openers and provide me with a new opener. This was the first time I had used Broad Ripple Doors, but I certainly will use them again.

I called Jim and left a message, he responded quickly and had someone out to fix it within the hour. Not being home I felt bad because my garage was a mess but he said they could work around it and they did. I was very pleased it only cost $78, I was planning on several hundred.

I had talked to several service providers by the time I talked to Broad Ripple Overhead Doors. They came recommended by a carpenter I met in the process. I have an older garage and there was some concern about whether the wooden frame around the doors would need some work (totally out of plumb). Broad Ripple Overhead Doors gave me the most confidence that they would deal with the frame appropriately as well as install the doors effectively. They were also recommending a more expensive door, but one that they were willing to stand behind in terms of performance. The installation took a while because of the need to work around the frame, but Broad Ripple Overhead Doors did a good job and the new doors are working very well.

They did a nice job. They were very quick. They showed up and diagnosed the problem within a few hours of my call. They came back promptly to complete the job.

One spring snapped early this morning. I called this company around 7:30 a.m., and left a message on their answering machine. (Their posted opening time is 8:00 a.m.) I received a call back in about 15 minutes, and was promised that someone would be at our home to fix the springs between 8:15 and 8:30...and he indeed arrived within that window. The problem was fixed promptly and professionally. Good job!

Serviceman arrived very promptly. I got same-day service. He was very efficient and courteous. He went beyond the requested work, by lubricating the moving parts of the door and the opener.

Called BR Overhead Door for a bid and they called back promptly to set up the appointment. They arrived on time and provided a competitive bid. The door was ordered and arrived in a timely manner and they called to set up an installation time. Two days later, my garage door was installed to my complete satisfaction.

Gary, the service man, arrived on time, was knowledgeable, had proper tools and the price was reasonable.

It was a positive experience. They came when they said they would. We had an appointment time and he didn't try to sell me a door so I felt that I got the straight scoop from them. They said that eventually I would have to replace the whole door but I didn't need to now and if it were him, he wouldn't do it. He did what he needed to do to fix the problem. He didn't try to make it a bigger problem than it was. I don't remember what the price was.

They were excellent. They explained things and answered a lot of questions. The service was free because it was under warranty. I would rate them highly and would use them again in the future if necessary.
