They KNOW old houses. Be careful of the similarly named service provider. This companies reputation spans years- the other not so much. Price was fair, the job was completed quickly and repair was explained.

Broad Ripple Lock Service Inc were excellent. I couldn't get the door unlocked after they had been there and gone and I called them and it turned out that I just wasn't strong enough to turn it I guess but they came back and didn't charge me and I thought that was very nice. I think the price was fair because I think I got an Angie's discount.

Came and gave estimate, and to see which parts were needed. Was very kind putting up with our pets. Returned to fix two deadbolts and found needed more equipment for the doorknob. Returned the last time and took care of the doorknob. He cleaned up after drilling. Very respectful. He made out my bill and was not upset when I reminded him he forgot my senior discount the office told me about. I was worried it was going to cost more but I was grateful it did not.

To start, I called and was able to have a time scheduled the next day. They gave me an estimate over the phone based on the description of the job. They came on time, the guy was great, and it was done in less than 30 minutes. It also cost half of what the quoted. Overall, this was one of the most pleasant experiences I've had with a service company in a long time.

Found company through Angie's list and saw great reviews. Was not disappointed. Called late Monday and had someone out Wednesday morning to change locks for all doors. Very professional, quick, and neat. Will be using them in future for more work.
