Description of Work: My front door deadbolt wouldn't open and I couldn't use the front door. I called mid Friday afternoon and they scheduled me for the very next morning. It turned out the lock only needed some WD-40. He fixed the lock and checked the others as well. He didn't charge me because it took such a brief time and they are only a block away from me. I have used Broad Ripple Lock since we moved into the house twenty years ago and wouldn't use any other locksmith. They are quick, efficient, and extremely responsive and professional. I highly recommend them.

Description of Work: On 3/25/2012 I called and Liz answered the phone. The lock on my front security door had broken and I couldn't use the door at all. I had to go out the back door or the garage just to walk my dog. She was friendly & very helpful. She had Chris at my home with in a couple of hours. Chris offered to replace the lock but I ordered a new security door since it was 25 years old. He removed the lock so that I could use the front entrly while I waited for the new door. The door came in and it was installed. Chris also replaced hinges on the regular front door and the door leading to the garage. He also added a dead bolt lock on the garage door. The he fixed all the locks on the three doors so that they could be opened with just one key. He also made me extra copies. He was even nice enought to go get me door stops for the door since I couldn't find new ones. I have never had work done by a someone who was all ways working and wanted it perfect. It was like the doors where in his home. This company and the people that I enteracted with are great!!!!
