Description of Work: I have vwey old double cylinder jimmy proof deadlocks on the exterior doors of my house. They are very hard to remove from the doors.....Broad Ripple Lock worked on them 25+ yrs ago when I moved in so they are my 'go to' locksmith...one lock started to fail so I called them again...technican fixed one door's inside cylinder, lubricated it and lubricated another lock that was sticking....all worked ok...until next day...the repaired lock wouldn't lock from the outside so I had to use another door when leaving....I called Broad Ripple and the technican came back that eve after his other calls...apparently the inside and outside cylinders hadn't lined up correctly when he put the lock back together...it did lock ok from the outside though when he tested it the prior day...he apologized for the mis-alignment, he removed the lock from the door again...re-aligned it and put it back...it still sticks a little sometimes but I assume that is due to old age...they are still my 'go to' locksmiths

Description of Work: Replaced lock on security door. They were the third lock company we |contacted, and the only one I would recommend.One company quoted $480 |plus 2 weeks to get it. Broadripple brought a lock with them and installed it in less than half an hour.
