I've used them before and they do a great job.

My experience has been somewhat limited, but I have used them several times over many years and they have been very prompt, good, efficient and affordable. They have been consistent over the course of the last 20 years. I do not remember the price, but it was fairly nominal.

He arrived as scheduled and job was complete in about 45 minutes. Very nice and helpful!! Fixed both problems easily and gave us some future tips to use. Would definitely use again!!

On 7-28 we lost one of our house keys in a theft. Called Broad Ripple Lock first thing next morning. They dispatched Josh very quickly. He was here within 60-90 minutes. He explained our options, but recommended the least expensive one: re-keying the locks. Josh did that in about 30 minutes. He was efficient, courteous, professional. Great job! We really appreciated that Broad Ripple Lock was able to respond so quickly.

Chris, Liz and team are awesome. No better around. I have used them for a long time on numerous projects.

Office was great. Tech arrived promptly and I got a call advising me he was on his way. Very satisfied!

The deadbolt on my front door stopped working, so I took the lock into the shop. She fixed it quickly with WD-40 and didn't charge me. I will definitely return for future business.

I called Saturday morning to see if I could get someone to fix the broken lock latch on the sliding screen door. About an hour after I called, Chris came over. He disassembled the mechanism but said he did not have a repalcement part and would have to order one. About an hour later he came back and had fixed the spring in the mechanism. He reinstalled the latch and it worked! He saved us time and money and we did not have to worry about having an unlocked back door for a few days. I felt he definitely went above and beyond to help us out. He could have easily just ordered the part and replace it. It was an excellent experience. I will definitely used Broadripple Lock Service again in the future.

They were on time, professional, knowledgeable in their field. The quality of work was good.

We had a door lock which was malfunctioning, and we assumed that we would need to have the entire lock assembly replaced. Broad Ripple came out the morning after we called, and the technician made a simple adjustment on the doorknob which avoided a more expensive lock replacement. We paid only for the service call.

The locksmith arrived on time. He was courteous, worked very quickly. The whole process took less than 20 minutes. We're very pleased with the workmanship and their responsiveness.

After removing the broken key, he said he didn't have the parts to fix it, would dig them up and return. That was November. I called once asking what happened, and was told he hadn't found the parts. I called again and said it was a long time and couldn't he just give me a new lockset. So, he came back out to the house, measured, wrote down some details and left. That was February 28. I called again, March 12 or 13; and someone called me back a day or two later and said he still didn't have the parts. I called another locksmith. I don't understand it. The next guy fixed the lock, re-keyed it, and was gone in an hour. Lock works great.

My niece has a front door with glass around it. The glass could be broken and a person could reach in and turn the deadbolt to gain access to house. For safety she wanted it changed to a key deadbolt. The door leading from the garage to into the house didn't have a deadbolt on it so I had a key deadbolt installed. The appointment was for 11 and the installer Eric call to verify our location and he showed up about 15 minutes early. It turned out that I didn't give all of the needed information so he had to come back at 3 p.m. that afternoon to do the changes. He was fast, cleaned up after himself and even made extra keys for me. He did the work in a way that I got what I wanted but it cost me less that the way I thought the work had to be completed. Most businesses would try to find a more cost effective way to get the work completed. I was very happy!!1

He came and installed them with no problem and cleaned his mess.

Dwight came out one day and Chris came out the next week and both were professional, knowledgable, and efficient. On time, easy to work with, did a great job, and even made suggestions about how to make things work even better. Great service, Highly recommend.

They are the best in town. Re-key and lock tune up. Tech was the man. Very happy with their service and will hire again.

I called first thing in the morning. They could not come till the next day but gave me a time frame. I received a call from them that afternoon saying that some time had been freed up & he could come over right away. He came but did not have the correct lock with him so he returned the next day to complete the work.

He was friendly, professional, and explained a few details about our locks that we had not known and will help us make the locks last longer.

Very knowledge and professional staff. Took about 3 hrs. Cleaned up afterward. Came back and installed door sweeps on both rear and storm doors at no charge! Prompt and courteous service. Great job.

The service was great. Immediate response time. Everyone was polite and friendly. It did cost a lot more than I expected, but I did not ask for a price ahead of time.

It went very well. The man was courteous and got the locks installed in a timely manner. No problems.

Chris was a great help. He appreciates older homes and worked with me to select a door that's a beautiful match. He's a perfectionist, didn't leave until the door was installed just so (which was challenging, given the non-standard door hardware height, etc.). He was courteous and professional. I would hire them again.
