Fantastic. Everything was completed in a very short time and all work functions perfectly.

The locksmith arrived on time, brought an apprentice with him, and worked quickly to get the security system box open. He then suggested that we use a new lock as opposed to cutting a new key for the lock, to save us money. We certainly appreciated the suggestion and took him up on it. He had everything he needed in his van, and was there for only a short time.

Dwight was prompt, professional and did an excellent job on the installation. I wish all projects went this smoothly!

Arrived on date and time of appointment as scheduled and rekeyed all the house locks as requested. During the service call, I inquired about a replacement interior garage door. Serviceman indicated he could order exactly what I wanted and would call me on Monday with estimate and install date (this was Saturday). Said the estimate I had received from another company was way out of line and that he could easily provide it sooner and cheaper. When I hadn't heard from him by following Wednesday, I called to follow-up. Receptionist took the message and I never heard back from anyone. Definitely over-promised and under delivered on the door. No follow-up, no return calls to my inquiry. Lock work B+, customer service follow-up, F.

I thought that was great. She could have said nothing, sent someone who would have just sprayed the WD-40, then charged me 40. It seems they take care of their customers. If somebody asked me for a recommendation, I'd give their name.

They gave me a two-hour window of time for an appointment (over my lunch hour, as I had requested)and called 15 minutes in advance so I'd have time to get home. They came once to see what the problem was, then came back several days later to install the new lever (which had to be ordered). I was very pleased with the service, with the service-man, and with the price.

Good experience. Scheduled quickly and the repairmen were there on time. Both locks working beautifully, better than before. I thought the cost was a bit steep, but in fairness, I've never had this type of work done before and have nothing to which to compare it.

The workers were very professional, they were on time and reasonably priced and they made all the locks work much better.

I was impressed with their rapidness in getting here. The dead bolt could not be replaced he went out and found parts to fix it.

I FELT LIKE HE WAS NOT COURTEOUS. HE DID NOT INTRODUCE HIMSELF AND DID NOT THANK ME FOR THE BUSINESS. MAYBE HE WAS HAVING A BAD DAY, BUT I JUST FELT LIKE HE WAS NOT COURTEOUS ENOUGH.

THEY WILL TRY TO ACCOMMODATE YOUR SCHEDULE. THE LOCKSMITHS ARRIVED ON TIME AND COMPLETED THE WORK WITHIN AN HOUR. THE COMPANY WILL QUOTE YOUR PRICE UP FRONT AS THEY CHARGE BY THE JOB. THEY HAD TO REWORK THE DOORFRAME ON ONE DOOR AND THEN RE-INSTALLED SOME WEATHER STRIPPING AROUND AN OUTSIDE DOOR THAT HAD NOT BEEN OPENED IN SEVERAL YEARS. NO EXTRA CHARGE FOR THE UNANTICIPATED ADDITIONAL LABOR! THIS IS A GREAT COMPANY TO DO BUSINESS WITH!

THEY WERE VERY TIMELY AND EFFICIENT. I THOUGHT THEY DID A REALLY GOOD JOB.

THIS WAS A RATHER SIMPLE TASK. THE LOCKSMITH SHOWED UP ON TIME, WAS CONGENIAL, AND WORKED EFFICIENTLY. GAVE GOOD ADVICE AND SUGGESTED KEYING THE DEADBOLT LOCK TO OUR OTHER KEYS TO MINIMIZE THE NUMBER OF KEYS NEEDED.

THAT WAS THE LAST I EVER SAW OF HIM.

GREAT ALL AROUND SERVICE. THEY WERE WILLING TO COME DURING MY LUNCH HOUR. TOTAL JOB ONLY TOOK 30 MINUTES. THEY CHARGED A VERY REASONABLE FEE AND PROVIDED US WITH 10 NEW KEYS.

PUNCTUAL AND FAST; WHEN UNABLE TO REKEY ONE LOCK WITH PARTS ON-HAND, CAME BACK WITHIN A DAY TO FINISH THE JOB. JOB COMPLETED MUCH CHEAPER THAN WE'D EXPECTED.

THEY RESPONDED TO MY CALL PROMPTLY AND SCHEDULED AN APPOINTMENT TO REKEY MY LOCKS. WE LATER DECIDED WE NEEDED TO REPLACE THEM (I DID THIS MYSELF) AND HAD TO CANCEL. THEY WERE VERY COURTEOUS AND ACCOMMODATING. THEY WERE CAREFUL TO EXPLAIN THEIR FEES AND THAT THERE WERE NO HIDDEN COSTS. SORRY WE DID NOT USE THEM BUT THEY WILL BE FIRST ON MY LIST WHEN I DO NEED A LOCKSMITH.
