Appointment was on time and the gentleman did the job well.

Scheduled an appointment in a couple days, and I just drove over and they did the work at their office in about 20 minutes. They were quick, personable, and did a solid job.

He was polite and very professional and very responsive. He came and did his work and did a great job. The overall experience was great and I would recommend them.

Outstanding. Broad Ripple advised me that the other company failed to put 3 pins in each of the locks. The repaired the damage and restored the locks to a safe & secure condition.

He repaired the antique lock very well. He showed up on time.

Called for appointment and scheduled service call two days hence. I informed the lady on the telephone precisely what my problem was and she replied the repairman probably would not have the kit on his truck but the kit is in stock at the shop. Repairman arrived within allotted time and confirmed my diagnosis was completely accurate but he did not have the repair kit on the truck and he would need to return the following day to perform the repair.

The service was great. They came yesterday and looked at what they needed and came today and called and said that they could come early to do the replacement work. The gentleman was also very pleasant to work with.

I made contact with company using Angie's List. The company was highly recommended with numerous favorable reports. Chris Aasam came to my home, gave me an estimate, and we ordered the desired storm door. The door was installed on 2/04/08 in expert fashion with fine workmanship displayed.

Arrived on time. Finished work expertly and quickly. Friendly and courteous technician. We used this company 15 years ago and had a good experience then as well.

Despite the small job, these folks procured the special keys; notified me; all was done within a week.

Dwight came and replaced 6 locks on our doors. He made 4 keys for us. He had to come back a second time because he determined that one of the doorknob sets needed to be replaced. He ordered it and was back the next week. He was very knowledgeable, fast and friendly. I will definitely call Broad Ripple Lock the next time I need this type of work done!

Everything was great! I just thought the service call prices were just a little high.

The locksmith arrived at 10:00 sharp after we had been given a 10-noon time frame. He was pleasant, knowledgeable, and efficient. All locks work smoothly. Work was done within 90 minutes or so. I would definitely use them again.

My experience was great! They showed up in the window of time that they told me, he did the work very quickly, fulfilled all of my requests, and was very knowledgeable. I also thought that the price was extremely reasonable, less than $200 for all of the work that I had done. Great experience all around.
