I greatly appreciated their effort to find a lock, but consistently I was told they would call me back. They never called me. I always had to call them. They shouldn't say they'll call me if they're not going to follow through. They were very nice though.

The service was prompt and courteous. The job was done in about an hour. We are pleased with the work.

Broad Ripple Appliance scheduled me with little wait time, then sent their man in a snowfall when most would have stayed home. He assessed the situation, told me what day he'd back with parts to complete the job and followed through on all promises. He also adjusted a misfunctioning door knob and gave me advice on dealing with a swollen and stuck door situation in the spring when weather is not an issue.

I called on a weekday afternoon and they came the next morning. He had a doorknob with him that didn't match my others but was close enough. I asked him to look at another knob we thought was loose, and he said that was normal and recommended we do nothing on that one. I appreciated the honesty. Then he determined we needed a new doorknob for the one that had come off, and offered us a knob similar to our others, and apologized he didn't have an exact match. I would not have expected them to carry an exact match of a 1989 doorknob in their truck. The tech was very polite, quick and efficient. The knob and door have worked well since.

He was timely, the price was excellent and I would definitely use them again.

Couldn't be happier. Worker arrived on time, was very fast, and was helpful in showing me how to operate the features on my old-style doors. Also, let me know that some parts were missing on one of the doors, and said that he would keep an eye out for them since they aren't being made anymore. I hope to hear from him in the future and appreciated the offer.

I appreciate that he did not try to sell us something that we didn't need. I feel he is very honest and we definitely got our money's worth and we will call him again. They sent the bill and it wasn't very much.

The experience was pretty pleasant. The guy came in, did his job and left.

It went great. It was only about an hour from my call to them until they arrived here, and the dogs (and the breastfed baby waiting for her Mom at home) were none the worse for wear!

Great - they also helped us put the door hinge pins back in, too. In the past, they re-keyed a house for us in an emergency situation and were reasonably priced and quick. These are our go-to lock guys.

They were very quick to respond, and their pricing was very reasonable. He also came out on a Sunday to let me into my house when I was locked out.

Overall, I am pleased with the work performed by Broad Ripple Lock Service. The only negative comment is that they arrived ten minutes later than expected and didn't call ahead to say they'd be late.

They came promptly, their prices were right on, and I decided to have new keys made. The keys did not work, so they came out free of charge to figure it out and got it all fixed up. I would not hesitate to call them again - I appreciated them accommodating the key situation.

It went very well. The locksmith arrived on time. He quickly removed the old lock sets and determined that the holes in the doors needed to be larger for the new lock sets to be installed. He drilled the holes larger and installed the new lock sets. The entire project took about 1 1/2 hours.

They had a guy come out with some wd40 and took care of it. I could hardly get the door open in the bathroom. He sprayed some wd/40 and it worked fine. I asked him how much I owed him and he said nothing! He said we have been in business with you for a long time so there is no charge.
