They came out the next day after I called. They were perfectly on time. They were both quick in their work but also friendly and informative about what they were doing. I would certainly hire them again.

They were very professional, polite and on time. I thought the pricing was very fair. The person was very efficient and gave me options I could choose from. Everything worked when he was finished. It was a great experience all around.

They were awesome! They had very good suggestions for updating the outside of the lock to match the door. He had to take the dead bolt out and had to re bend the dead bolt. I feel he went above and beyond to make the front door lock work. He did not have a part for the front door that was related to updating the lock, so he came back the following day on his own time and did not bill be for him completing the job or the additional time to finish the job. They were very reasonable when it comes to price.

Technician arrived on-time, re-keyed locks, modified strike plate. He did not have the "designer" key blanks on the truck to cut extra keys and needed to order them. Key blanks arrived in about one week and he delivered them without addditional charge. I have used the company before and found it to be very reliable, competitively priced and extremely easy to do business with.

I've been having problems with the front door lock on my older home. I wasn't exactly sure what was wrong with it. It wouldn't open from the inside. I tried to repair it myself and likely did more damage. Another locksmith recommended I call Broad Ripple Lock because of their expertise in older locks. The technician called me 30 minutes before arriving so I could meet him at the house. He quickly took the door apart and put it back together. He was gone within 15 minutes and the door works better than it has in years. I should have called sooner!

Overall we were more than satisfied with the work. The doorlocks were installed within 30min. I would certainly use this locksmith in the future.

Fantastic! When I arrived at the shop, he were closed for lunch (and were a little late coming back). When he arrived, there were four of us waiting outside. As I was first, he set to work re-keying my lock and cutting my keys. Simultaneously, he swapped some lock parts with second customer (for free!), discussed some solutions and arranged a visit for a third, and greeted/ determined how he could help a fourth. Within minutes my work was done, I paid and was out the door. After getting home with my lock and keys in my pocket, I realized that I left the rest of my door hardware on the counter. I called the next day, and he had found my hardware and was holding if for me. As I was not going to be able to stop by during business hours, he agreed to place it in his mailbox so I could pick it up after-hours. All of the keys that were cut matched perfectly, and the lock works great.

They came out right away and did the job quickly

Called to make an appointment as they were located extremely close to my house. They were able to make it out immediately and fix the problem with the lock and explained why the deadbolt had pulled out from the lock. I was extremely happy with how fast they were able to come out to fix the lock.
