BRIGHT VIEW WINDOW CLEANING

When I booked him he was so busy it was about a month before he could get to me. A lot of window cleaners don't want to do that because they could damage the window. He agreed to do all that and didn't charge me anymore. He is busy because he's on Angie's List. He did call me back several times to let me know what was going on and that he had a bit of a backlog. He was very professional.

Fantastic! Our screens were super dirty, probably had been 5 years since they had been cleaned last. They did a great job. Also cleaned the screens on our screened in porch and it looks amazing, no more pollen!

Hire this guy! I had a budget to work with and could only afford to get the outside done. Brian taught me how to do the inside windows and let me use his tools. He also told me where to buy the best equipment for us non-professionals. He was at my home 6.5 hours; it was his second job of the day. He came back the next day to do all the window sills and took another 5 hours. When he says he includes cleaning the sill in the price he doesn't just brush them out, he works hard! He also brought his screen cleaner, taught me how to clean the screens, and let me use it. This is the first review I ever wrote, but Brian really deserves it. Not only was his price fair/most reasonable (I got other quotes), but I'm sure other companies don't clean sills to the level he does and they charge extra for it.

Brian was very courteous and explained what he would do. Was probably on property about 7 hours. Washed over 40 windows and additionally also washed door glass and glass on some French doors. Also checked to make sure gutters were not full. This was our first time hiring professional window cleaner. Windows definitely brighter and cleaner and cannot complain about professionalism or friendliness from Brian. With that being said, my wife an I noticed many smudges and smears the next morning in the sunlight. I think our expectations are very high. I believe we will try someone else next time just to compare if their cleaning is better. If not we will probably go back to Brian.

Brian was on time, very thorough and everything was done in a timely manner. I was very pleased with the work he did. My windows look great. I will definitely use him again. I also felt that he was very reasonable in price for the work he did.

Brian did all the work himself and did an amazing job. He was very easy to work with and was flexible about my schedule and timeframe. The gutters were packed and he did a great job. The windows were spotless including one window in a shower that had really tough soap scum and hard water marks. I couldn't believe how perfect it looked. I will absolutely use Brian again.

One man operation providing quality work at a very fair price

That was fine. They cleaned there maximum of windows. Both interior and exterior. No additional costs. They came out within a couple of weeks. They did a good job I just didn't like that I have little tiny window panes and they considered each pane a window. I think they could be more clear about how a window would be priced.

I was a small job so he fit me in at the end of the day which was fine. Had to wait until next day when it was sunny to check his work. All windows were spotless. Would definitely call him again.

It went well. Brian has been cleaning my windows for a couple of years. He is a one man operation, so you should flexible when scheduling. He does a good job and I hope to use him regularly.

Brian was great. Unfortunately, the weather recently was not, so it took some configuring of schedules to find a date and time that would work. But, when we did, he was in and out and did a great job. I had 10 windows cleaned, all on one floor. He started by removing the screens; then, he cleaned the exterior parts of the windows. Next, he moved inside and cleaned the interior windows and window frames. He primarily used a rubber squeegee and cloths to wipe up any excess. I would definitely recommend him and use him again in the future.

He was a nice guy. He did a really good job cleaning; however, he didn't clean the inside seals of the window nor did he explain that that was not included in his quote. Overall the windows looked great.

I highly recommend Bright View Window Cleaning! I was introduced to Bright View through an Angie's List coupon last fall. Brian from Bright View called immediately and we made an appointment. When the date came, the weather had turned nasty. He asked if we wanted the window washing to be moved to the spring instead, and we agreed. In the spring, Brian came on a Saturday, though he usually does not work on weekends. He was so professional and, it turns out, he is quite a perfectionist. He had all the tools and ladders needed to wash the very highest windows. He did them quickly and competently. Now, not a spot remains on our windows -- in fact, when he was all finished he put up his ladder again, to remove a minor spot he had missed. He also coached me on proper window washing techniques, as I was doing many of the inside windows while he was doing the outside. He even loaned me a washing tool and some microfiber cloths. How many vendors would do that? Not many. Now my windows are sparkling, and I am telling all my friends about this great service.

Purchased a Big Deal for a certain number of panes and heard from him immediately. I was disappointed to learn that a pane is 1/2 a double hung window so I had to pay extra for the job. It was worth it, though. He performed a very good job.
