I was pleased with the experience.
Description of Work: I had Brighthouse come and install Cable and Internet in my Apartment. When I had first called the quoted me a price of 97$ for the first month and a 36$ installation fee. I had then talked to my brother who also had just recently gotten Brighthouse and he mentioned he didn't have to pay the installation fee. I then called Brighthouse back and told them I didn't want to pay the installation fee because i thought it was too expensive. With no hesitation they waived the 36 dollar fee.

INSTALLATION WAS NOT FREE BECAUSE THEY CHARGED TO RUN IT THROUGH THE BASEMENT. DRILLED HOME AND LEFT MESS THAT THEY DID NOT CLEAN UP.
