Brian Bravard, a Mini Barn Moving Service

WelI, I talked to him and sent him photos of my yard and mini barn and he said he would call me right back after receiving the photos- which he did not.. I called him an hour later and he had already deleted them, so I resent them. Never heard back, so I called AGAIN the next day and he said he would be out the following week and i gave him my address and I have never heard from him again and that was 9 days ago. Very flaky when we talked and talked over me the entire time.

Brian was excellent in performing this task efficiently. He maneuvered thru overhead powerlines and tight driveways. We appreciated his expertise in setting/leveling the shed in its new location. We highly recommend him!

Brian called ahead on the scheduled date and arrived at my home when he said he would. He jacked up the barn on one side and positioned PVC pipes under barn to use to roll the barn. Positioned the barn in the correct spot, removed the PVC, measured barn from road and driveway, and leveled the barn. It took Brian 45 minutes to complete the job. Prior to Brian's arrival, I had to remove everything from the barn. Once the job was complete, I had to put everything back into the barn. I thought $200.00 was a bit much for the job but I had to have it done and resources were limited. When searching for a company to do this job, there were not a lot to chose from. The job was done in a timely manner and done to my satisfaction.

I was responsible for emptying the barn. It took 1.5 hours for him to complete the job. We used the blocks from where the barn had been, to use in the new location. We got lucky and the barn was level after he dropped it off, so he didn't have to add any shims. He used a tilting flatbed that had a wench built on. He tilted the barn and pulled it onto his bed. Then moved the truck to the new location. The new location must have room for him to back up to it square to drop off the barn.

Brian had all of the right equipment to move our Mini-Barn without damage & was totally professional from start to finish. It was "GREAT" and at a very reasonable price.

He arrived right on time and he did a great job. He was very efficient and had all the right equipment. We were very impressed with him and would highly recommend him.

The y built the bar from scratch. They did fine, and did the whole barn in one day.

It was hard to find someone who would do the work but he just really knew what he was talking about. I went to his website and I felt confident that he wouldn?t cause damage and the work would be done right.

They did a good job for me and overall the experience was good with them.

HE WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL. IN FACT, HE CALLED TO RE-SCHEDULE FOR AN EARLIER TIME, SINCE RAIN WAS FORECAST ON THE DAY WE HAD ORIGINALLY PLANNED FOR HIM TO MOVE THE MINI BARN. HE WAS VERY CONSCIOUS OF NOT TEARING UP OUR LAWN. HE WORKED WITH US AND DISCUSSED VARIOUS OPTIONS FOR PLACEMENT AND MANAGED TO PUT IT EXACTLY WHERE WE WANTED IT.
