Brewer responded to our call within two days. It was a very satisfying experience.

They were on time and very professional. The whole crew came in and in a couple of hours they had the old stuff out and the new stuff in. I was very pleased with them.

They did a great job. Between the time I first called and the time the system was installed was less than 36 hours. I had a quote by noon of the day I called. They ordered it that afternoon and it was installed the next day. This was very important as it was in the high 90's and my wife is pregnant. While insurance did pay for this, I would not have price shopped anyway. I've had Brewer perform work previously (install whole house humidifier, maintenance on system when compressor capacitor went out) and their service has always been fast and high quality.

I shared with the technician that I didn't feel their prices were the most competitive out there (the cost I paid includes annual maintenance on 2 furnaces/air conditioning units for one year), but I felt this was the most thorough service on my systems since they were installed. Not only was the service excellent, the technician was on time, personable and extremely cognizant of cleaning up after himself. He also explained the status of my unit, provided some suggestions for energy efficiency, and went through a "health" checklist with me for each unit. I felt the job was well done.

It was great. They got me in on the day I called and did an excellent job.

Our heater went out at 11 o'clock at night and we found no heat in our home in February when it was about 0 degrees out. The guy that owned the company actually came to our house and kind of helped bring something up to help us for the next couple of days until they could get out to install a new unit. I would definitely use their service in the future.

Since we chose a different company I can't comment on the actual work being done.

Brewer Mechanical office staff, who called me back with their price, was very understanding when I said it was too high, and we still have a good relationship with them and will continue to use them for other HVAC work. In the past several years, they have installed for us a central humidifier, electric heat pump/AC, and even a new furnace.

Brewer Mechanical technicians are always professional, on time, and we never have any trouble scheduling. The reason our cost was $0 is that we have an annual maintenance agreemenet with them. We paid, at least last year, $174 for spring and fall maintenance. We have used Brewer Mechanical for several years and over that time they have installed a humidifier, a heat pump, and a hybrid furnace.

We liked them and they did a really good job. They were courteous. The heat pump works great. We compared estimates from several different companies and their price was the best. The staff was excellent.

Overall, the estimate was completed and sent via email. One day later than indicated it arrived and appeared to be higher than the original offer. Thus, I went with the original offer, but was appreciative of the time and effort Brewer took to complete the written comparison quote.

Brewer Heating and Cooling is an excellent company to deal with. Isaac, the owner came to our house Monday evening and recommended a system that would meet our needs. He was not at all pushy and didn't try to sell me anything I didn't want. Isaac was professional, polite, personable and easy going. His office staff, I spoke with LaDawn and Mindy, were just as helpful. The system was installed on Friday by Jason and Ryan. They arrived when LaDawn said they would, took a look at the existing system and then went straight to work. I could not believe how fast they were. One man worked outside on the AC while the other worked inside on the furnace. I am always wondering how things work and Jason took time to explain to me how it all goes together. He is quite professional and knowledgeable and even explained the differences in furnace filters. I will certainly use Brewer Heating and Cooling again and will recommend them to anyone.

Though Brewer is in Greenwood and I am in Fishers, I noticed the great ratings they had on Angie's List and decided to call them. They said they service several customers in Fishers and the north side, so I decided to invite them to quote. Beginning with the quoting stage, Isaac Brewer (President of the company) came to my home and listened to my needs. After listening to my input and making calculations, he put together some proposals from which to choose. I felt comfortable with his manner, in that I didn't get the sense that he was going to steer me one way or another, or use any pressure tactics. He simply asked what my needs were, and gave me some choices. By the way, when I was looking through his binder containing his licenses and certifications and photos of recent jobs done, his Eagle Scout certificate was in there. My three sons and I (one son is an Eagle Scout) have all been involved in Scouting and I conversed with Isaac about his Scouting experiences. He is still involved in helping a local troop. All this to say that he is a man of integrity. After comparing with two other providers, I chose Brewer because I felt I could trust them (and their price was lower as well). Installation day arrived, and Isaac and his team got right to work. They initially thought the job would take two days, but they stayed into the evening and got the whole job done in just one day! They took care to protect all of our flooring during the job. The service support has been wonderful as well. Their office staff treats you like family and is always courteous and eager to help. Isaac makes himself available to answer any questions, technical or otherwise.

We have used them for years. I don't remember how much we spend. We pay for the service on a yearly basis so we pay them once a year. I like that it's not a chain. It's a small business owner and they are very reliable. They call me when it's time for the service and I don't have to keep track of it. They are very professional, clean, and reliable. They are not just somebody that I am hesitant to let into the house. It is usually the same people that come out and service the unit every time, so I am familiar with them. We have been using their services for six and a half years.

Excellent. At the beginning we called Brewer Heating & Cooling to come out to check and repair a problem. The furnace would not come on. Brewing did not install this furnace. We had already had 2 or 3 problems with it. They came out and repaired the furnace. A few days later we had the same problem . They came out again. They fixed it again and told us they could not guarantee that it would not happen again. A pressure switch was not closing , inducer assembly was plugged and circuit board was indicating hot spots. We decided we did not want to continue to put money into this furnace and risk having it go off while we were gone. We scheduled an appt for Isaac to come out and instruct us on furnace and cost. He was very informative and answered our many questions. We decided to put in new furnace and air conditioner. Three men came out to install furnace. They cleaned up the area very well and the furnace looked neatly installed. Isaac came back out in a few days and questioned us on how the furnace was doing. We were very satisfied. He took several pictures of the installation. The furnace has been in for 2 l/2 months and we are very happy with it.

Refreshing company to deal with. Very honest, from beginning to end. Exellent price, clean install and very detailed. Thoroughly explained how to program and what to expect with the new system. Talk to someone else first if you want, but do yourself a favor and make sure you talk to Issac .

They have serviced my air conditioner and heating system. Last January, when I called him he answered the phone and then fixed it for me. He did the same a few months ago. I have referred them to most of my clients too. I like his services and will use the same in future.

Sale and install went great. I contacted three companies to get quotes and Isaac came in with the best bid package. Quality of work was excellent. As part of the contract I was provided a warranty and a free yearly service call which has been performed. I would highly recomend them to anyone looking for HVAC work.

I am very pleased with the work Brewer Heating did in installing our new high efficiency furnace. Isaac came out to our home and thoroughly went over prices and types of furnaces available. His crew are polite, efficient and left our home in the same condition it was before they installed the unit. The prices are very fair and competitive with other companies I researched. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking to have their furnace serviced and will continue to use Brewer when having our furnace cleaned.

Isaac and crew did an excellent job. From the front office to first visit to project completion. Isaac was very helpful in explaining the new system, estimating its size, and helping with the tax credit info. He also went into the crawlspace and came up with a solution for the ductwork issue that had been a problem since the house was built. They are very professional but still cater to the individual. A refreshing change from the bigger HVAC companies that always are out to sell you rather help solve your problems.

Installation was professionally done. Have had no problems these first two months after installation.

Technician arrived on time. Preformed the service in a timely manner. Changed filter, and replaced thermo couple. Cleaned and prepared furnace for the heating season. We have been using Brewer Mechanical since 2005 when they replaced an air conditioner for us while I was in Afghanistan. We have been doing a maintenance agreement with them each year since then. They call to remind you to schedule maintenance Checkup in both the Spring and Fall. They have also been responsive on emergency calls, coming over one evening following a family dinner to work on the air conditioning system.

I called Brewer's after reading their review on Angie's List. Our air quit on one of the hottest days this summer and needed emergency attention. A technician came out and determined the air conditioner was leaking and a fix would be approximately $900 - $1100. After discussing my options with Isaac I decided to go with a new air conditioner and furnace to take advantage of the current tax credits. This was over $5000, but since our furnace was almost 10 years old we decided to go with it. The work was scheduled immediately and began the next day. It was a two day process with three men working continuously. I was home the entire time and they never stopped working. Everyone was polite, clean and as unobtrusive as they could possibly be. Their work is top notch and the final product is far better than what we had before. We could not be more pleased and have already recommended Brewer's to several people.

Called Brewer Heating & Cooling to get estimate for new furnace and air conditioner. Isaac Brewer called back promptly to arrange a date and time to come to our home, according to our schedule. Isaac was very thorough in evaluating current heating and ac units, ductwork, etc.. We sat down and he thoroughly explained our options, with or without heat pump,sizing of units, and all costs. We received other estimates before meeting again with Isaac for further discussions and to ask additional questions. Every interaction with Isaac and his office was a good experience. They are courteous, professional and ethical people. I selected Brewer Heating & Cooling to install new furnance, heat pump and AC unit. They arrived promptly on date scheduled, removed old furnance and air conditioning unit, updated and cleaned up what needed to be done, removed all old equipment and installed new equipment. The removal of old equipment and installation of new equipment was top notch and top quality. Even after initial install we decided to relocate the outside AC/Heat Pump unit and they came back with no questions asked and moved the unit for us and did all the re-connections. We are very pleased with Brewer Heating & Cooling and definitely will use them again and recommed them highly.

The office called to advise the exact time the technician would arrive. The technician arrived and was very pleasant and friendly and extremely knowledgeable. He was very neat and cleanly dressed in a uniform and his truck and equipment was very professional, clean, and organized. Everything went very smoothly. Exceeded my expectations. The tech didn't try to up-sell other services or sell additional things that I didn't need. He was very good at explaining everything that he was doing, why, and what the result was that he saw. I was very, very pleased and would use them again. I recommend them for heating and A/C work.
