Bill, arrived on time and was more than happy to let me watch him do the service. Very knowledgeable on HVAC and funny too. The problem was I needed 1 pound of freon refrigerant ($100) and a new capacitor ($150). He was also excited to tell me how the AC unit works and which models were the best on the market. Because I am on their service plan every year (~5 years), a discount was given.I trust Bill, Isaac and Brewer Heating Cooling when that say something needs replaces, it does. When they say to keep an eye on it, it will last a season or two more.

Bill McMillan was the service representative that performed my service. He was very personable, knowledgeable, and answered all my questions very thoroughly. He had been out the night before until 10:30 PM on an emergency call yet he showed up right on time at 8 AM in a cheerful, although a little tired, manner. He is a good example of a highly qualified professional and I would highly recommend Brewer Heating & Cooling for all your needs.

Just before we left town for a visit to Georgia, our AC went out. We'd had trouble with it last summer, and I had been advised that the fix might last for several years or it might need replacing this summer. I emailed the company using their website address, and Isaac Brewer came out and looked over the outside unit before we even got back from our trip. He texted with me back and forth to keep me advised, and we made arrangements for him to make another call the morning after we returned. Isaac was very thorough in answering my questions and explaining how the units differed from each other, especially considering my lack of mechanical understanding. I decided on a next-to-the-top-line unit on Friday. Thank goodness the weather was on the chilly side for a few days, but when the temps started to climb, he brought out a cooling unit for our bedroom the very day I called to ask about it, three days later. He advised that Trane had misjudged the demand for the unit I chose, so it might not be until next week for it to come in. Instead of making us wait, though, he substituted the top-of-the-line unit for us at the original price quoted. It was installed today, 4 working days after our original meeting. I really felt like we received exceptional service, as if we were the company's major concern. I am not good at shopping around and having to wait for multiple estimates, but I felt like I could trust Isaac, and also feel that - for the amount of service, promptness, thoroughness, and professionalism he and his colleagues showed us - I got a good deal. I've been advised that there will be follow-up visits to make sure all is well and to make additional service calls included in the price. I also appreciated that all taxes were included in the quoted price.

We bought the annual service warranty. I would use them again.

Brewer was recommended to us when we first came to town and we have been very happy with them. The service man Bill, always takes time to explain his findings and to answer any questions. I would not hesitate to recommend them to others. And I already have!

I found them on Angie's List; they gave us a fair price and good service. I will use them again in the future.

The problem was corrected by re-charging but inability to determine cause of freon was a little disappointing. I've used them for three years and have been farily satisfied so far. Update: When Issac Brewer became aware of the Angie's list post, he contacted me to see if he could remedy the problem. He came promptly, diagnosed the problem and found the leak but didn't think it was repairable but tried anyway. The first attempt wasn't successful and we actually lost the Freon charge and the ability to cool completely. He left and then called later in the day and had given it some thought and wanted to try another angle. He came out that evening late, made a hardware run and successfully plugged the leak AND recharged the unit, all without charge. This puts his company back on top of my list for service of heating and A/C. Rating back to an "A". Unbeatable customer service in my opinion.

Everything went great from start to finish. They arrived on time from the beginning, which is unheard of in this day and age. Brewer knows what customer serivce is all about.

It was awesome. I actually had them go out to the same property twice because the pilot light went out. They did more than what I paid for and they were great. They were recommended to me by a coworker.

Isaac provided a heat loss and load so he cold right size our new hybrid heat pump. After choosing Brewer mech. To replace our unit they where onsite with in 24 hours. Justin and Chad were friendly and professional. They left no signs of any work being done ( they cleaned up any mess as they went) they get a A+ from me.

We got them through Angie's List, and they were wonderful. We have dealt with them probably for three different problems we were having, and they bend over backwards. Their office staff is wonderful. They were our first experience with Angie's List. Two summers ago, our air conditioning went out, and they actually ended up having to replace our unit outside, and then I think we had problems with our heating that winter and then we had problems again last summer with a part of our air conditioning, and it wasn't the actual unit in the house, but the furnace part, and it wasn't with anything that they had done the previous summer. They were great, and I am grateful to have somebody like that because again having lived here for over ten years, unfortunately it takes a little while to find people that I can trust, and in that particular industry, we are at their mercy. We ended up doing it ourselves as the guy that came out was so nice that he said what we needed to do and that I can find out how to do it online, and he told if I had any problems, I could call him on his house phone number and said if he charged me to do it, that was going to cost $400 whereas I could do it myself for $100. They are fair and honest. I like their honesty and their willingness to bend over backwards to help me. I would use them again in the future.

Another company that I was using basically walked out on an install of a furnace. I called them up and they were out within two hours and were able to finish the job. I recently had them install a heat pump for me. They do great work and I will use them again.

Bill arrived on time and looked professional. He was polite and covered all the details to diagnose the problem. He found that the Circuit Board was bad and quickly drove to a near by parts dealer to pickup a new Circuit Board, which didn't take long, came back and installed it. He took care of all the details on the warranty for the new Circuit Board, so all I paid was for the labor and service call. My Furnace was working in approximately a hour.

I first contact Isaac Brewer because his company had installed a heat pump system in our home in 2010. We were so impressed with the professionalism and response on that job that I contacted him about installing a tankless water heater and a way to safely keep our water softener drain line from freezing this winter. Isaac contacted me promptly and addressed each situation with his recommendations concerning the project. His courteous Technician installed the tankless water heater and also installed a safe heating element that will keep our water softener line from freezing this winter.

From the phone call to Brewerer heating and cooling to the finished job was nothing but professional. Bill, the repairman arrived on time and assess the situation, that I was left in by another company, and said it isn't that bad and had the furnace spotless and the humidifier running like new in less than an two hours. As a service provider myself I know the value of good professional service.

Issac did a complete assessment of the balance of our heating and air conditioning system. We had parts of the house that were not getting as much heat as others. He made a set of recommendations and we discussed they may not resolve our issues completely. I agreed to implement the changes. The job was performed about a week later. The technician arrived on time and finished sooner than I anticipated. Upon completing the work he showed me each change he had made and reviewed details with me. He also cleaned up the area well. Changes have not completely resolved the issue, but there is definite improvement.

I contacted Brewer Heating and Cooling to inform them I wanted to move ahead and purchase a new Trane heat pump and air handler system. The installation team showed up right on time and were very courteous and friendly. One began removing the air conditioning unit right away and the other removed the furnace. The installation team seemed to take their time and made sure everything was done correctly. Once everything was installed they showed me everything they had completed. The electrical disconnect was completely repaired and the new system looked and ran great. They walked me through how the digital touch screen thermostat worked and made sure everything was working properly before leaving. The installation team had a great deal of knowledge and were very professional. This is the reason I will be having Brewer Heating and Air perform annual maintenance on my system for years to come.

I contacted Brewer Heating and Cooling to schedule an estimate for a new Trane heat pump and air handling system. The sales representative(Isaac) arrived promptly and greeted when he arrived. The sales representative began by inspecting my current heating and cooling system. He then began to inspect all the windows and doors in the house and insulation in the attic. He then proceeded to inspect the duct work and cooling lines in the crawlspace. After asking some general questions about the house he reviewed the HVAC systems that would work in my home and he went over there features and pricing. He reccomended the Trane XL 15i heat pump and air handler system. He quoted me an estimate of $7, 189 which included removal of the old system, new pad, snow legs, new electrical disconnect, and a digital touch-screen thermostat. He reminded me of the 36 month, no interest special that Trane was running and gave me instructions on how to get pre-approved online. Isaac was very friendly and had a good sense of humor. He told me he would follow-up with me in a couple of days to see if i had made a decision.

They've been out several times. I haven't compared their prices.

He was very prompt, helpful, and kept everything clean. He was very professional and we would definitely use them again.

I had spoken to another company earlier and since my furnace was over twenty years old and the AC was over 15, it made sense to replace both rather than invest in repairs. Issac Brewer came to do the estimate and spent a fair amount of time explaining my options and his recommendations. There was no high pressure sales pitch, just clear explanation of the options. He explained what company and government rebates/credits applied and his company even sends you the paperwork to file with your taxes. He gave me a quote at the end of the meeting and we scheduled his team to install the system a week later. The quote was slightly cheaper than the estimate from the other company for a Lennox system, even though the Trane system I got was the top of the line for both units (gas furnace and AC). Derick and Jason did the actual installation. Both were very friendly and professional. They took time to explain all the features on the furnace and thermostat, answered any questions I had and did the initial set up of the thermostat. The took all the old equipment and cleaned up the area. It was a really good experience. The furnace is quiet and the house seems to be more evenly heated. Issac followed up to see if I had any questions a couple of days after the installation. I plan to continue to use them for regular maintenance.

As noted, very professional. All of the Technicians who did the work were courteous. The owner was very helpful in providing all the information we needed to make the proper decisions regarding our needs.
