Description of Work: WE CALLED AND DESCRIBED A MINOR PROBLEM WE WERE HAVING WITH OUR SNOW BLOWER LAST SEASON AND BRENT MADE SUGGESTIONS ON WHAT TO TRY TO REMEDY THE PROBLEM OVER THE PHONE. WE WERE IMPRESSED WITH BRENT''S WILLINGNESS TO HELP WITHOUT HAVING TO TAKE THE SNOW BLOWER IN. SINCE IT WAS DUE FOR ROUTINE MAINTENANCE ANYWAY, WE TOOK THE SNOW BLOWER IN AND WERE VERY PLEASED WITH THE SERVICE.
