We have always had them come, they are prompt, friendly, neat, and they clean up after themselves.

They arrived right on time. Worked and installed the unit in a timely manner. The price was competitive. They came out on August 1st and even left a window a/c unit to keep me cool until they were able to do the full install.

They have always been very, very good. Their people were very sensitive to the face that I'm not there. I'm 2,000 miles away. They were good about not calling me on the way to the job like they normally would. If they are going to be on the job at 9am that is 6am here. I am asleep. They always called and let me know what were the options if their were any. I left Indianapolis in 2008, but I had the home there.

Awesome! Not only did Breedlove Dobbs put in a new ac unit, they put in a new thermostat free of charge, and reworked part of our furnace ( and put in a filter I normally dream of) Our house is now cooling wonderfully and much more efficiently.

They were quick to come out to check my old AC unit and found that it was dead. It was over 15 years old and too small so no surprise. The install was quick and my house stays cool better then it ever has.

They are great. I have used them a couple of times. I love their customer service. They explain everything in detail and give you your options. They are customer oriented.

They are amazing, fabulous, wonderful. We will not work with anybody else. They put in a geothermal unit for us last year and I have to call them to come back out because I want them to take a look at stuff with the unit. It was a fair price for a check-up. We love them; they're excellent, they're fabulous. I'd go higher than an A if I could.

The installation required 5 service calls to get it right. First, the coil froze over. Second, the gas line was left unattached. Later, the controller was not working. Later still I was told I had placed grills over the vents which was causing a system problem. They were there before the system. The 5th call was a result of such condensation that mold had developed in the lines running upstairs. We do believe the system worked as installed but that dampeners should have been installed to the zoning upstairs to prevent 4 tons of cold air from running upstairs. They lawyered up so fast our heads spun. After this, there was a lot of back and forth between their attorney and ours with promises of refunds and the like but with nothing actually delivered. No money back, no nothing. Just a lot of arguing and, from my point of view, changing stories and narratives. In the end, we have a lot of money wasted. No one was willing to work on their equipment, we had to have an entirely new system be installed.

We were pleased with the team's attention to detail throughout a complex install. Recommend for particularly tough HVAC projects

Had a pleasant talk with Matt Patrick to look at and replace an a/c unit. Arranged an appointment where agent came to inspect the house within a day. While Matt Patrick was polite and professional by phone on initial call he has since refused to reply to calls or text messages. After calling the office a week later to check status the receptionist said Matt's child had an emergency that he was attending to that day but would call back that afternoon. Neither Matt or a representative of breedlove dobbs has returned our call a week later for a $7000 a/c replacement.

This was a big deal purchase. It turned out bad. I needed a new air conditioner; it was completely out of Freon. He said it would be real expensive to put more Freon in it. He came out the next week after I bought the deal. I have always liked Breedlove Dobbs. They came to my last house and they are really honest. I can trust them that they always do the right thing. I had the unit replaced by someone else. This was the second time I have used them.

He actually showed me the accumulation on the filter just over this summer and into the 12 months and it is pretty significant. He just didn't happen to have the filter with him to be able to change it and they said it's a long trip for them to be able to get out here earlier. He told me that he'd be back and tell me billing at that point and I called them a couple of weeks ago for follow up because we hadn't heard anything and she said she would get us on her stop by list and all they need to do is drop the filter off and they haven't had anybody come out this way.

Provider seemed to do a fine job with the tune-up, but was pretty aggressive when trying to sell me add-ons to my system and getting me to sign up for their service agreement. I understand the need to get business, but I greatly appreciate businesses who hear me when I say "no" the first time.

I have used Breedlove-Dobbs for many years. They have been totally responsive and responsible. From the ownership down, I would trust them to do work for my furnace. I maintain a 2-3 yr. contract with them. Typically, the only cost I have each time is the cost of a new filter - approx. $45. Therefore, I am not sure how much the service would have been.

They're great. They're prompt. I would recommend them.

We worked with Breedlove Dobbs while working with All Phase Remodeling. They did a great job advising us on how to improve our humdity problem in the basement.

Met with one of the owners, Jeff. He was very responsive and professional. He installed a generator that ensured my medical needs (multiple sclerosis) were met if there was a power outage at our home. The installation gives us the peace of mind that we can stay at our home during any major outage.

Our inside furnace unit was 29yrs old and certainly needed some work; however, the heat pump was approx. 18 yrs old and in good working order. . We were trying to not replace the system and wanted the tune-up and minimal repair at the time. All I will say is that we had air conditioning at the time the serviceman arrived and had a coolant leak in the heat pump and no air a half hour later. He said that it would cost approx. $6000 to replace everything. We called another company. They replaced both units with a larger system for $3200. The owner of the 2nd company inspected the system and said that the "leak" appeared to be an intentional mechanical pinch and not due to normal wear. I've heard about these tactics but didn't expect it from a reputable company.

Breedlove Dobbs Heating & AC was great! I called to explain that water was leaking from our A/C unit and within a few hours they had a technician at our house. Jason, the tech, was friendly, knowledgeable and very thorough in explaining that our drain pipe was clogged and needed to be cut out and replaced, he then went over pricing and got our approval before going forward with the repair. I would highly recommend Breedlove Dobbs and plan on using them again for any future issues that come up.

.The tech was to be there between 12-1. He showed up at 11:15 got out of his truck with his tools and immediately went to work. He was a very pleasant clean cut young man, He got the furnace fan cleaned out and went outside to make sure the cooling system was working properly. I will continue to use this firm in the future. This gentleman is an asset to his employer!

Showed up on time and changed the filters in both of our units. Inspected and cleaned 2 AC units as well as the 2 heating units. Did a very thorough job and didn't try to hard to sell me something when he was complete. All-in-all a positive experience.

Jeff, the owner, came out initially to give me the estimate. He asked questions about our home use and listened carefully. He made recommendations based on our needs. The installers (Kevin and Dewayne) arrived on time and the installation went smoothly. They were very professional and answered any questions we had about the equipment. They were very careful not to track in snow and dirt and cleaned everything up when they finished. Perfect.

We signed a maintenance agreement and we paid $150. They checked the system over and cleaned a sensor that was not fairing well. There's a particular guy called Tallo Cool who was the one who came out for the service call. My husband was very impressed with him and actually wanted me to write a review on Angie's List. He was very helpful in explaining what he thought the problem was, he was not very pushy about selling something and overall he was very helpful and honest. He was also clean.

I called for service on the morning of January 7 th - it was -11 outside and they said they would have a tech by 5 pm. Carlos came at 4:45 pm and made adjustments to our furnace. He was very polite and very knowledgeable about the type of furnace we own - Bryant. He made a thorough inspection and removed a old humidifier. There was no charge since we have a 10 year parts & labor warranty with this company. I am really thankful that they responded so quickly.
