Description of Work: Breeden put the roof on my house several years ago. I had noticed a "spot" on my kitchen ceiling and had heard a flapping noise above my garage when the wind would blow a certain way. Dennis Breeden came out and inspected my roof and looked up in the "attic" for problems. He replaced a faulty part (installed by someone who worked on the chimney) and nailed down some shingles that he thought might be causing the problem. He also indicated that some rodents above the ceiling might be causing some of the issues and gave me suggestions for "testing" that theory. (I actually had a pest control person handle that.) I was not charged and so far, I have not noticed any continued or new problems with water leaking. (It has been QUITE a season for rain!) I thought Mr. Breeden conducted himself in a very professional and helpful manner.

Description of Work: I had a terrible experience with a roofer in 1996, leaving off starter row shingle, etc. Breeden Roofing was professional, local, and explained in detail his roofing procedure. He returned the day the adjuster came and worked with the adjuster. He handled the insurance paperwork. He helped in color selection. His crew worked steadily, were experience and cleaned up the area. Dennis Breeden returned checking finished product. He left nothing undone in the manner of company service. When he left you felt confident that your money was well spent.

+ -1 moreCalled to have inspection performed to check for hail damage. After trying, unsuccessfully, to reach other roofing companies, I was surprised by Breeden's responsiveness. They showed up on time and within a week of first contact. If the estimate is approved by my insurance company, I will use Breeden for sure. The price they quoted seems competitive with what my neigbors are paying.

+ -1 moreRyan was businesslike and friendly and is also the field inspector. He even gave me his cell number in case I needed to call him. He brought a lot of samples of shingles. I had different people check it and they all said it looked good. This company also worked well with my insurance. They also had a really nice and informational brochure.

Description of Work: I took off work and met with a young man from Breeden who measured my house and garage for shingles and siding. He was extremely courteous and made many notes and drawings. I was to have an estimate by that evening or within a few days. I still haven't heard from anyone. When I called the office a young lady told me that she could put up a note in the backroom and see if anyone recognized my address. So because I didn't remember the young man's name -- shame on me.

+ -1 moreThe estimator was extremely professional and new what he was doing. Actually got up on the garage, but not the roof itself (three stories). I think their price was fair, but insurance was giving us such a low number that it didn't make sense to get the work done. However, I would not hesitate to recommend Breeden Roofing.
Description of Work: Came out to give estimate within two weeks of calling. Given the number of people needing estimates from hail damage, that's really good.

+ -1 moreBill Combs was our inspector that came out from Breeden. He was on time for our appointment and very professional and imformative. Any time I had questions, he got back to me right away. The guys were here a week and a half later to tear off our old roof and lay our new one. The roof was complete that same day.

+ 1 moreWe had set appointments with James and he stood us up three times. When I called the office I was given his cell number to check with him myself. When I tried to leave a msg for the owner to complain the receptionist was unprofessional. They keep you on hold and never check back to see if you were helped. The owner did call back but his explanation was unsatisfactory and we decided to do business elsewhere.

+ -1 moreI really liked Gerald, the estimator. The materials were delivered as scheduled. I was a little disappointed with the communication in that I expected the work to be done the same week the materials were delivered; it wasn't and I wasn't told there was a delay. I'm sure it was due to weather, but I wasn't called. I assumed they would start the following Monday, and they did, but it would have been nice to know that for sure. The roof looks very nice. I've come across a dozen or so nails in places like on my front porch, but haven't found any in the yard. All in all, a very good experience with Breeden.
Description of Work: My old shingles and paper were ripped off and replaced with new.

EVEN THOUGH ONE COMPANY HAD TOLD ME THAT WE NEEDED NEW FLASHING AND ANOTHER SAID THERE WAS NO PROBLEM, MR. BREEDEN SAID THE PROBLEM WAS A VERY QUICK FIX AND TOOK CARE OF IT WHILE HE WAS THERE. OF COURSE, THE TRUE TEST WILL BE IF THE LEAK REAPPEARS. HOWEVER, OUR OVERALL EXPERIENCE WITH BREEDEN ROOFING WAS EXCELLENT.
