This was my first time seeking computer repair outside of my workplace, so I don't have much to compare it with. But Doug was personable, solved my problem, and did it promptly. I dropped the hard drive off about 10:30 and paid the "express" fee ($30). He called me twice at my office with updates and I was able to pick the equipment up late that afternoon.

Took it in at 11 am, everything was done by 6 before closing.

Our computer crashed and Bray Technologies fixed it for us.

Very professional, efficient. Very knowledgeable and informative. Has really helped my computer systems performing at their best.

I wasn't the person who disconnected the PC to take it in to them, so I wasn't sure when I picked it up and noticed the cover was broken in the back and the cover not on correctly, if this was done before we took it to Bray. Upon getting it home, the person who had disconnected it and cleaned off the outside of the chassis (it was filthy from dust) assured me it wasn't like that before. While I thought Bray pricing was reasonable, and turnaround time excellent, I recommend you verify the condition of your equipment when it goes in. The tech told me it was like that when I dropped it off. We disagree, but at this point, we don't care; it's 6 years old, and works fine. But the technician might have been friendlier and more helpful; he suggested a basic used part, and I had to ask and suggest using a newer and more advanced part similar to the one that failed. Just not what I look for in customer service, but like I say, good turnaround time.

The technician thoroughly checked the unit and isolated a possible reason for the defect. He left at that stage, promised to send an invoice and get back to us once they had sourced more information and some spare parts. 4 weeks later they had still not called back. When we called, Daniel could not find our service order. They called back later only to provide us with the telephone number of another service company. Another call to their office was not returned.
