Terry has been a true asset. His relationship with other architects, the commission & staff, and neighborhood leadership has been essential to our approval process. We have seen many others attempt these tasks with other architects and representatives and have failed by what seemed to be simply a lack of connections/relationships. Terry is also very creative and great at hearing our needs and helping make that a reality. We highly recommend him!
Description of Work: Terry has been helping us with our addition downtown...Including design, management and submission to IHPC. We are required to seek approval from the Historic Preservation Council.
