The work exceeded our expectations.

Called them two times. Left voice messages both times. Never returned calls.

Initially pleased with work, although it wasn't inexpensive. Recently learned that an area near the back door was purposely lowered (without our knowledge) to be level with the driveway. This explains why we have always had a problem with water sitting on the brick by the door when it rains. When I called Tony about this, he was very defensive and insisted on knowing who had brought this problem to our attention (as if that mattered). He said he would come out the same day I called and take a look but that was over a month ago and I have never seen or heard from Tony since (despite numerous phone calls inquiring). Overall, very disappointed with the recent customer service aspect.

I have no complaints about their quality of work. We get compliments about their work all the time. However, the work isn't done and we now have to have repairs done. I have called since end of March or early April and have had no response. When I got through once they promised to come out this week, but haven't called me to schedule time and haven't showed up. I have company coming, and since the repair is on our front steps leading to the doorway, we must get this done. This is an on-going problem with them since last summer. They came in November to do one small fix with sand promising they would come back once they had new pavers, but still haven't showed. After leaving at least 5 messages for them, I called Angie's List to help me get this resolved.

They were incredible. They have great follow up. Their quality is top notch. I've never had such great customer service. The price is very good for the quality.

Tony, Darla and their crew were excellent. We had to get on their schedule months in advance because they are very busy. They gave us a very fair and accurate estimate and were meticulous in planning the layout and drainage for our patio; the final cost did not exceed the estimate. The finished patio was over 2000 sq. ft., not including our in-ground pool, and required multiple retaining walls. It is beautiful. Tony worked with us on the design of the patio and made many good suggestions for the design and drainage. He worked with our pool crew to facilitate the laying of pool lines. His crew worked very hard, including on weekends, to attempt to finish the project in the estimated time. The patio was not finished by the original completion date (it was about 3 wks. late), but the delay was due in large part to weather. We have dealt with many hardscape companies; Brick Paving of Indy is easily the best. We will hire them for any future brick paving projects we undertake.

EXCELLENT WORK, WE APPRECIATED THE PROFESSIONALISM, AND THE ACCURATE ESTIMATE. BEYOND SOME UNAVOIDABLE WEATHER DELAYS, THEY WERE ON TIME, AND ON BUDGET, AND I RECOMMEND THEM HIGHLY.

TONY AND DARLA ARE OVERLY RESPONSIVE. PROMPT FOLLOW UP AND SCHEDULE UPDATES THROUGHOUT THE WAITING PERIOD. DARLA MADE MANY TRIPS WITH SAMPLES AND ASSISTED IN DESIGN/SELECTION. THEY WERE THREE WEEKS LATE DUE TO WEATHER, ETC....THEY ONLY RUN ONE CREW, SO THEY ARE SUSCEPTIBLE. IT WAS WORTH THE WAIT. SUPERIOR JOB. INSTALLED DRAINAGE AS WELL. CLEAN UP IS VERY NICE. I THINK THEY ALSO GAVE ME A LITTLE EXTRA SQ. FOOTAGE FOR FREE. CALL NOW....I HEARD THEY ARE BOOKED INTO NEXT YEAR...AND FOR GOOD REASON.

ANTHONY IS DEALER FOR UNILOCK. IT LOOKS FABULOUS AND IS HOLDING UP WELL, TOO. THEY EARNED EVERY GRADE ABOVE.

HE WAS VERY HONEST, RELIABLE, AND EXTREMELY REASONABLY PRICED. I AM VERY PLEASED WITH HIS SERVICE.

SEEMED REALLY KNOWLEDGEABLE COMPARED TO OTHER PLACES IN TERMS OF LEVELING.IMPRESSED AT HOW STABLE THE WORK WAS IN INSTALLATION.

ACKNOWLEDGES WEATHER WAS A FACTOR. TOOK 3 MONTHS TO START, WAS SUPPOSED TO BE A 2 DAY JOB, TOOK 9 MONTHS FROM START TO COMPLETION. OWNER DID COME OUT WHEN THEY HAD TO FIX WORK, VERY UNDERSTANDING. DOES LIKE THE WORK THEY DID AFTER FIXING IT.

UNWILLING TO MEET WITH ANYONE WHO ISNT A DECISION MAKER. SEEMED TO EXPECT SALE ON FIRST VISIT.

ALLOW LOTS OF TIME TO GET JOB STARTED. THEY ARE VERY BUSY.

THE COMPANY CALLED THE DAY BEFORE THEY WERE TO START WORK AND APOLOGIZED SAYING A PREVIOUS JOB WAS TAKING LONGER THAN PLANNED BUT WOULD DO THE WORK ONE WEEK LATER. THIS WAS NOT A PROBLEM, AND I WAS PLEASED TO KNOW AND NOT WONDER "WHERE ARE THEY"?. THEY DID ARRIVE ON THE RE-SCHEDULED DAY AND COMPLETED THE WORK IN ONE DAY WITH EXTRA PERSONNEL. IT WAS TO BE A TWO DAY JOB. THE PATIO IS BEAUTIFUL AND WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM.

THE PATIO IS WELL DONE AND BEAUTIFUL. THE OWNER WAS PROMPT IN RETURNING OUR CALL FORM THE INITIAL CONTACT AND REMAINED IN TOUCH THROUGH THE PROJECT. HE WAS ALSO ON SITE. THIS WAS THE MOST POSTIVE EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD.

THE WORK IS FLAWLESS AND THE LEVEL OF SERVICE IS EXCEPTIONAL!

VERY POSITIVE EXPERIENCE. WOULD RECOMMEND TO ANYONE.

THEY REMOVED A BACK STEP, BUNCH OF SHRUBS AND EXCAVATED IN ORDER TO PUT IN A BRICK PATIO AND WALKWAY. OUTSTANDING JOB.
