Description of Work: He cancelled the appointment on my few days off from work and stated that he would call back but unfortunately he never did. Tried to reschedule, but I assumed they were not interested in my project. Wanted to put in fire pit, redo the fountain and the steps. Disappointing that how they treat female customer. Well will pursue other projects on the list and put my outdoor renovation on hold for now. I apologized for this negative review but I could not ignore their lack of response.

Description of Work: They did our patio and we had some pavers that were settling- took out existing pavers and resurfaced it and leveled it and powerwashed it.

Description of Work: The existing brick patio which was in disrepair was pulled up and the bricks were cleaned. A new patio using the existing bricks was put down in a better design and a planter was built. The crew showed up early each day; worked all day and were considerate of my property. They did a great job and I'm very pleased. I contacted this firm at the Flower and Patio Show along with two others about this job. They were the only firm of the three that followed through with a design. Also, they were unable to start on the agreed upon date (8/01) for a number of legitimate reasons but kept me informed which I appreciated.
