+ -1 moreI have been incredibly impressed with BottomLine. The dispatcher is always polite, the couriers are professional, and the rates are very reasonable. They send us an invoice, which is easy to read. Before working with BottomLine, our mailroom staff would deliver the mailings to the post office, which could take up to an hour. With BottomLine, I know I can depend on them to get the mail to the post office on time, and contact me if they have any problems.
Description of Work: BottomLine picks up our bulk mail and takes it to the post office. The mailings are usually 5-9 tubs, and the couriers pick up the deliveries on the 2nd floor. Once they get to the post office, they wait while the clerk processes the mail. If there is any problem, the courier (usually E.J.) will call my work phone and my cell phone so we can take care of the problem immediately. The fee is a little more if the processing takes more than 30 minutes, but rare.
