Pete's responded to service call. Prompt, honest & respectable. Quoted new unit upon determining that a new unit would be needed. Quoted a basic unit to meet my needs.

Installers were on time, called before they came. They always covered their shoes before entering house. Cleaned up after themselves, and worked quietly and efficiently. They shook my hand and were pleasant to talk with.would definitely call them again.

Mark and Kurt installed air products. They were great. Kept us informed, easily and quickly solved problems they ran into, thoroughly showed us how to use the new unit and best of all cleaned up so well you'd never know they had been here.

Very well. We called them because of another prior good experience with their service. In this case, our air conditioner quit working properly. I feared the service technician would simply say the entire AC needed to be replaced, but was pleased that Jeff spent the time to do a careful evaluation and determined that the problem was with a faulty zone temp sensor. Bolls had the replacement part by the next day and it was replaced promptly to complete the repair.

Installed a new water heater in a 95 year old house that is filled with plumbing...curiosities. Rick and Matt did a great job sussing out the strange choices that previous plumbers made in the past and getting the new heater installed properly. They even came back the next day to replace the magnesium sacrificial anode with an aluminum/zinc one, in an effort to mitigate an unpleasant sulfur odor. Really great service and dedication to providing a quality installation.

Very quick response. Top notch service. The AC went out as always in hot steamy weather. We needed to get it replaced prior to painters coming the next week. The installation was above and beyond, as the installers discovered an issue related to the wiring and fixed it on the spot! I can't say enough about how good this company is, from the estimate to the completion. Use them!

The owner was wonderful to work with. Was on-time and great communication regarding quotation, types of garage furnaces and covered all the steps needed for the installation. Rick and Matt installed a new garage furnace along with a vertical chimney and thermostat. They were friendly, prompt and diligent with installation. They worked out any problems they encountered without "scare tactics". They cleaned up completely after installation. They made sure everything was in working order before they left. I will definitely use Bolls again. It is such a relief to find a professional and conscientious heating and cooling company.

Boll's Heating & Cooling has prices that are insanely higher than the competitors, and they are not able to sufficiently explain their pricing to their customers on the phone or justify why they are so much higher than their competitors. Here are the details of my invoice: 1. Hot Surface Igniter - $269.10 2. Labor - $89.00 Total: $358.10 The operations manager looked up the cost of the hot surface igniter in my furnace and it was $20. The installation itself took about 2 minutes. A certain amount of markup is certainly understandable, but $249.10 is just absurd. Looking online, most people were quoted between $100-$200 for the same service. Boll's Heating and Quoting prices are just absurd, until they look at changing their prices, I would recommend avoiding them.

We are very happy with Bolls Heating and Cooling after they installed a new furnace for us. We will definitely continue to do business with them and recommend them to others. They have responded quickly, are always respectful, friendly and polite, are considerate of the customers needs and comfort, do excellent technical work, clean up after themselves, and in general are everything we want in a service company. We called Bolls Heating and Cooling when we discovered our furnace had stopped heating about 10 pm on a Sunday evening in January. With temperatures in the low 20's that night we assured Bolls we would be fine until Monday morning and put more blankets on the bed. They came first thing Monday and had the problem diagnosed by 10 am - the fan motor was broken. However, a new motor was not available locally, would take a couple of days to obtain, and would be an expensive repair. Since regular maintenance of our 17 year old furnace had already revealed that the firebox was showing deterioration, we asked for estimates on replacing the furnace. Sergio came that same afternoon to show us several options and we ordered a Lennox 95% efficient system. Then he returned later that afternoon with space heaters to keep us warm through another 20 degree night until the install was complete. Bolls brought the furnace the following morning and finished the install by midafternoon. The work included removing the old furnace (and disposing of it) and installing a new vent of a different type than our old furnace used, which at our request they routed out the side of the attic instead of through the roof. We were so pleased - 2 hours after the install was complete we were warm and toasty again before the 10 degree low expected that night. Four wks later we had an incident when the furnace stopped running. Bolls came out right away at no charge and discovered that the filter had filled causing the safety features to prevent further heating - it seems the new air intake in our attic pulls in dirtier air than our previous intake, so we will need to change the filters more often than with our old furnace. Easy fix. We appreciate Bolls Heating and Cooling for their expertise, efficiency, and caring outlook. We will certainly hire them again. Called when they were on their way. They were on time and knowledgeable. They were able to warm me and make some modifcations quickly and I was able to talk to the service member and the office personal when needed. Work was completerd neatly and nice and very friendly and helpful
